Has Brandon ever said if we will ever learn more about the magic system on darkside from White sand, either in the graphic novel or a prose version? I really want to know what's going on with scythe, he sounds very Lord rulery to me. White sand (prose) is one of favorite cosmere stories and it ends on such a cliffhanger! I hope he goes back to the world some day.

am i missing something here? At the end of shadows for silence it says that she was badly injured but silence pours silver down her throat to save her. Her left side is disfigured and she needed to have a hand and some toes amputated, but she definitely lived.

I believe it will be a trilogy. Super great. He was inspired by Brandon Sanderson and you can definitely see his influence in a good way.

I bought a Hardback copy of The Shadows of What Was Lost by James Islington. My husband and I listened to the audiobook of it and I had to get a hardcopy. Great new fantasy, the second book will be coming out in June. If you love Brandon (which you obviously must), this book will be right up your alley. Also the audiobook is read by Michael Kramer!!!

The website says that tickets went "on sale" for this event on January 18, but it wasn't posted on the website until a few days ago, and tickets were already sold out. I have signed up for the newsletter, but never got a notification about the event. Does anyone know how we can be made aware of signings like this a little earlier?
