Thanks Guys for answering the question, you all get up votes for that.

So I wanted to know if The Scar and the star in the Threndoy system were connected. When Odium wounded Ambition did it cause the star to go Red on Threndoy and then when ambition fled to the scar and started turning the stars red. Also I want to be RAFO'd at least once, cause that means I am on to something! =)

What happened to the Knights Radiant? I couldn't find that Info anywhere.

So being new to the shard I wanted to post my questions that I will be asking Brandon this Saturday, but please espouse my theories if they are wrong as I really want to ask important questions. 1. Could a Bondsmith bond a dead spren aka a shardblade and a human to create a KR? as in "Unite Them". 2. Is Taln's scar connected to the red star in the Threnody? 3. Could the Knights Radiants summon shardplate like a shardblade? an example is in Dalinar's visions the knights radiants keep removing thier helmets withou him seeing how 4.In the Cosmere is it significant the planet that is on the end of the sword? 5. IS the Giant chasm in the oldest record of the voidbringers bonded with odium spren?

I emailed The Con myself actually to figure out when he will be there for any of the events. I also bought the tickets for the brunch with him, if I am lucky I will actually get to do that.

I emailed the people actually and they said a schedule should be posted some time this weekend! Also anyone have an idea on what questions should be asked?

I don't know why I said Ambition was shattered I meant to say wounded, my theory kind of hinges on the wounded shard creating a symbiotic relationship on the fainlife. I also think that the evil on Threnody being ambition unhinged, and ambitiously wanting to take over the planet its a working theory.

I agree with you there, especially because chaos as a shard would be to hard to work with story wise. Their would be no shard intent and it would be impossible to create a functioning magic system

It would be interesting if lerasium was the lost metal, as it hasn't been seen as a metal being used as much in the series. Here is a WOB that makes a good statement for Lerasium being the lost metal and make a interesting novel "Let me say this, as I don't want to spoil too much. If that metal Elend ate were fused into specific alloys with certain metals, it could have instead created Mistings of each of the different Allomantic powers. Atium's abilities are not entirely explored yet either" I understand that logic as well about Autonomy having an influence, as long as the shard his helping people become more independent. I don't know if anyone commented on this already but what if Greed is a shard?

I think that Autonomy is the shard that is hiding and waiting things out, mainly because it is the only shard we have seen that is a sun, and not invested in a planet. Autonomy would be the only shard that wouldn't get caught up with the other shards shenanigans. Also side note if the whole Feurichmical and Allomantic charts to are used to keep the shards organized, what does it mean for the metals beyond this chart like harmonium or the lost metal in the new mist born book. Side Side note does anyone think that there is a shard being used in mistborn secret history, the Elantrians are harvesting the power but from where? I think they mention greed but I will have to look up the exact quote.

I guess my theory was as effective as a speed bubble and a slow bubble!

Haven't finished reading the bands of morning series just yet, but I had a theory on how you could space travel with the magic systems on Scandrail. All you would have to do is have a really strong steel push that would launch the ship into the air. then when the ship launches into the air Cadmium burners stop the ships time, allowing the planet to continue its rotation of the sun, while the spaceship stay in place. this wouldn't require the ship to have force to pierce the atmosphere just enough to get off the ground. Once it goes off planet due to newtons law of physics how to move the ship is anyone's guess. But I thought that would be the best way to get a ship of planet.

Oathbringer could be an in world book about how the Knights Radiant operated and how, as the head of the KR the Bond smiths follow the oaths. Dalinar finds the book and sets out to re-bond the Knights Radiant.
-
I would like to think that Dalinar's flash backs are a gift from the Night watcher when he got his memory removed on his wife.

QUESTION Are we going to see any chapters that are expressly(?) Hoid now that he is becoming more and more important? BRANDON SANDERSON You have seen two. Are you going to see more? Yes. I would say that if you look at the structure of the first two Stormlight books, you will find several themes and those themes are likely to be repeated in future books. And Hoid does like having the last word. This WoB makes me think that Hoid was getting information on Braize or even a person, planning to use whatever he got in later books.

I mean it is possible that her wish to never change would be granted, it would just take awhile to grow into her role as a shard bearer and becoming basically immortal thus never changing. But the night watcher is of cultivation, and I feel as though she plots and plans what she grants and the effects it will have for her.

I like the thought, especially because the Dor is a magic system based on location, so to access the Dor you might actually have to become one with it and Elantris or wherever you are. This could make investiture permeate your soul to allow acces to the Dor, thus making you a returned,

Another speculation is on what Brandon considers leaving Yolen, if you went to the cognitive realm and stayed on the cognitive imprint it had on the realm would that be considered leaving Yolen?

Sovereign's Identity (Secret History Spoilers)
CosmereAvair replied to Rage_Fortress's topic in Mistborn
I don't think the spike would contain Kell, because Hemolurgy always loses a bit of what it is transferring like a leaky pipe. Kell and spook wouldn't do that then because some aspects of Kell would be lost.- 58 replies

Well Hoid could have left a letter in silverlight or a place very much like it in Shadesmar that is designed for world hoppers, or people who work for them to go get their mail themselves. Kind of like a space station for time travelers.

That is actually such an interesting fact, what thread talks about Gavilar having Cosmere knowledge.

So first post on the forum, and after reading some theories i have an interesting question to ask. Do you think that Cultivation could invest part of her shards power into Odium, and that's why he is trapped on Braize because he is somehow connected to cultivation like what preservation did to ruin?. Also side question do you think if a shard splintered could cultivation then invest that power for her own purpose?
-
Wasn't the metals on scandrials a part of preservation, and burning those metals allowed access to the shards power?
