You have a very interesting and fun style, and I love the mist. There are only two things I would work on the first being Kelsier, his pose is a little stiff, his left arm and leg in particular seem a bit awkward. The second is the street lamp, this is just a nit pick, but it doesn't seem to be casting very much light, I think the reason for that is the moon(or is that the light from the lamp?) right behind it. Overall you have a very nice composition going, and the buildings in the background really give a sense of depth. -
Thanks, Deus Ex Biotica, I'm glad you like it. Hopefully I'll be able to refine the idea behind the sketch into a full illustration soon. -
Just wanted to know if anyone has any criticism or suggestions for the sketch just posted in the gallery? Update: I finally got around to sketching some thumbnails for my fan illustration of Vin. Like I said on my blog I'm fond of the first and third of the thumbnails, and I believe the second is the weakest of the three. I'm hoping to get a few more done before I start working on the final. If anyone has any suggestions please feel free to make them.
