I can't imagine any Sanderson fan not giving them a try. They are more light hearted than the original trilogy, but still enjoyable. I prefer the originals more, but look forward to each new release. He's doing some really interesting things in the Wax and Wayne books; I would go into more details on this but don't want to accidentally spoil them!

I listened to the Stormlight Books, but own the physical copies mainly for the beautiful artwork. I will probably read them some day, but I love how Krammer and Reading present the story. Krammer is my second favorite narrator behind James Marsters (Dresden Files).

Throughout the past year in a half I have read or listened to all of Sanderson's works (except the Alcatraz books, which I couldn't get into, and his electronic only fiction). I'm obviously a big fan and Sanderson is one of my favorites along with Glen Cook, Steven Erikson, Joe Abercrombie, Pierce Brown and Jim Butcher. My favorite series of Brandon's is a toss up of Mistborn or Stormlight. My favorite character changes, but currently is Lightsong.

Well I guess thats good news in some respects that it is selling so well. Hopefully that means there will be future White Sand books that go beyond that free copy Brandon is giving away.

Does anyone know if White Sand graphic novel is a limited release? It was showing on amazon a 1-2 month shipping time. I was hoping to wait for a paperback release, but I'm afraid I will miss the boat on this and in a few months copies will be worth 100's of dollars (see Joe Anercrombies first law graphic adaption). Does anyone know if more printings are coming and if their will be a paperback copy eventually?
