The smell of dead crickets and lizards. You may be thinking, huh, Renoux? What? What a random pet peeve. Allow me to explain. My brothers have a gecko, which is a type of lizard. Lizards eat live crickets. When the crickets die before being eaten, they are left on the bottom of the cage to decompose, because the gecko won't eat them dead. Also, lizards tend to poop very often, also releasing a rather unpleasant odor of dubious origin. So, whenever I walk into my brother's room, (not something I do normally, for good reason, but is necessary on certain occasions), it smells like decomposing crickets and lizard poop. Eew. Just eew.

At what point in the day did this happen? Unless it happened right near the end of the day, and your supervisor didn't have time to talk to you about it, then it probably won't be a serious problem, otherwise you would have been talked to, (or e-mailed), already. I don't think you would really end up jobless from a simple complaint. I'm sure it'll turn out all right. There is no reassuring emoticon on here, but if there was, I would use it.

Ugh. My brother gave me WoK to read first. I started to read it, and was like "It's so long, what does half of this stuff even mean", and then he realized his mistake, and gave me TFE. I totally recommend giving your friend one of the shorter, maybe non-cosmere works first. The Rithmatist is one of my favorites.
