Well, true. I still wanted to see what Wonko had to say.

Danii had missed it. She had been hiding in the rest room, retrieving Breath from her Awakened Clothing, and had missed the spectacle of Tiberius' outburst. Had he really killed Kavax, as the people were saying? And then grieved over a parrot? Danii was suddenly very uneasy thinking this was the man she is supposed to serve and protect. Sigh Anything to get back home. Danii started toward the medbay. She had to give it to these Martians, they certainly did have a knack for architecture; the interior of the building was no less mesmerizing than the exterior (which she had stood gawking at for quite some time). Those carvings and patterns, smooth edges and shard angles, those intricate- Ow She bumped into someone and almost fell, but regained her balance before making a fool out of herself. "I'm sorry, sir, I didn't see you there..." She trailed off as she realized that it was Sanis. Colours, but Sanis terrified her. And he seemed irritated already, by the look on his face, eyes blazing with fury. Danii held her hands up, took a step back and apologized again before running off to the medbay, this time not letting the walls distract her. Edit- Oh and I have 8 merit.

I'm one of those he started PMs with, but we didn't talk much. Just asked my thoughts on the game, and promised not make the same mistake he made with Doctor's plan. Nothing suspicious, but still not enough to clear him.

"Nice to meet you, sir. Enjoying the party?" And then Danii noticed Shawl Man glaring at her, and it looked like he was about to clasp Tuxedo Man's hand just as I did. Whoops "And who might you be, then?" he asked in an annoyed voice, "I don't think we've met," "My apologies, goodman. I'm Danii. And yes, I do believe we haven't met before." Tuxedo Man (did he just say his name was Spartacus?) had been saying something in the while, so Danii turned back to face him. She was about to ask him to repeat what he said when she saw his eyes narrow, just for a second, and then they were back to normal. "I noticed you taking a glance at Sanis' cloak before you came over. I'm guessing you noticed that glow. Have you any idea what it was?" he asked. Whoa. He was not supposed to spot the glow, and there was no way Danii was going to confirm that it was indeed a glow. So, she said, "Glow? In Sanis' cloak? I didn't see any, I was just inwardly laughing at his clumsiness. Maybe it was some trick of the light?" Danii would need to warn Nyanah to be wary of Tuxedo Man, this Spartacus... She eyed him. He seemed the curious type. Maybe he would know something about the Healer... No, not now. It would seem too suspicious. That was something Danii would ask him later, some other day. She excused herself and wandered back to her drinking spot.

Danii stifled a giggle as she saw a man a few feet in front of her trip over his long cloak. Colours! How did someone even manage to tie the ends of it together without him noticing? The amusing image dissolved as she caught sight of a fading glow on the man's cloak. Danii's heart leapt as she realized what it was. She looked up, and there it was, the familiar face. Nyanah, the Rosharian. She hadn't seen her after their first interaction the day she and the Jackal landed on Mars, and had often wondered how she was faring in this strange world. Danii decided to go talk to her, but apparently she was off to be given a tour by the man whose clothes she'd lashed. Sanis, his name was, wasn't it? Tour seemed like it would take a while so Danii swept her eyes around for friendly faces to have small conversation with in the meantime, maybe try to fish for some info about the Healer. Doing so, she witnessed a rather awkward moment: a young man in tuxedo with his hand extended out to a man in red and green shawl, who, while staring at Tuxedo Man, seemed to be lost in his own thoughts as the moment stretched and Tuxedo Man's hand remained extended. Well then... Danii walked over to them, snapped her fingers at Shawl Man's face , and shook Tuxedo Man's hand. "Nice to meet you, sir. Enjoying the party?"

Danii felt a prickling sensation at the back of her neck. Almost certain someone was watching her, she spun around and searched the partygoers for any eyes on her. No one. Of course, they must have averted their gaze. Danii had been keeping a low profile, observing the ways of this world, and by now she had a pretty good idea of how things worked. She was a Gold, and she had sworn loyalty to the ArchGovernor. All this just to find the Healer, she sighed. But she had no choice. She had to go along with it if she were to go back to Nalthis. The throbbing in her head from the ride in the Healer's box was still there. Danii heard giggling from somewhere beside her, and saw two girls making their way to the far end of the room, one of them rubbing her hands, both of them with mischief in their eyes. Weird. Danii decided to steer clear of those two. While she waited for The Jackal, or should she say her twin brother, to return from the ArchGovernor's chamber, sipping her drink, she looked around and admired the ornate walls and the fascinating decorations that the hall was full of.

Wonko's backing out would still get me lynched though. I've got Burnt's and PK's votes on me. Unless someone else or I vote for Lopen and make it a tie.

The attack didn't affect me in any way. Maybe it only effects Elantrians? Are you and Burnt Elantrians? Did the attack harm you in any way? Dying on Sel will at least achieve me my last goal. I'd have liked it if I were able to complete the other two too.

One of my goals is to collect a certain number of...items, would you call it? I gain one of these items each Night I don't take any action. When that number is reached something is built for me and goal is completed. Second is to take a particular action against a specific person, which costs investiture. I have a Passive that allows me to gain {#} each night I spend on Sel, so I've built up some investiture since coming here. Literally started with {0}. I believe someone from one of the Scadrial PMs got that info from somewhere? I can trade one of the aforementioned items for investiture and vice versa, but I was hoping to sit by and let them build up as I need both, investiture and items. Third is to die on Sel, but not through suicide. Edit- As for who was on Sel, it was Araris, Bugsy, Doctor, Orlok and Stick. Orlok's inactive. This cycle it's just me, Bard and Orlok.

I have no idea what made you think that, but it wasn't me. I went to Sel last cycle because I hadn't been there the whole game, and I needed to be there for a couple of win con reasons. My win cons don't really need much interaction with players. Is it okay to reveal my goals here?
