Can't help but notice the lack of the "I'm not a skindancer" --- I am not a skindancer

I think Stink is likely a skindancer. I would like to point out that he has not been elevated either (the only one who hasn't I believe). At this point it's very unlikely that he wouldn't have been elevated if he was using his EP. This means he is either always in Imre or is not attending the university. The skindancers could have sent a noble to Imre to buy protection items to prevent students from buying them. Since Stink is vintish he could afford these items. Especially if he is not paying tuition. --- I am not a skindancer --- EDIT: Clanky also hasn't been elevated due to his temporary insanity

I think that sounds good. It is the best way to get everyone knowing all gang members in one turn. This way we can figure out the government agents faster. EDIT: Regarding Clank's plan

The rules talk about being elevated to el'the (or other ranks), but it says that when you get 15 EP in a field as an El'the you just become the master. So will we get a notice if someone becomes a master? If we don't, it is possible that there is a master out there

I am placing my complaint on BB. Last turn it was mentioned you lied about your field of study Last turn, was the first turn you posted the "I am not a skindancer" phrase. It seems to convenient that you purposely lied about the field to cover the lie about not being a skindancer. ---- EDIT I am not a skindancer

I have a question about the linguistics analysis ability, if I were to post something that is a truth, but I don't have information to prove it would it come up as true. Like if i posted "BB is a master of ... " and it was checked with the linguistics ability, would it come as false since I don't know, or assuming BB is actually a master, would it come up as true? ---- I am not a skindancer

I am placing my vote on Elbereth, I am voting this way because there was no reason to vote Araris except for the tuition reduction. At this point we should have some reason to be placing a vote, not just randomly picking someone to vote for. --- I am not a skindancer.

Danosaur excitedly ran off to the library! He had to return to the strict schedule he once kept. The day before he had prepared to station himself in the library. His lunch and dinner were prepared in containers. He decided that chili would be the easiest thing to bring along with him. Also, you can't go wrong with a warm belly and studies. Along with a giant water bottle and a desk picked out close to the bathroom, he was good to go. His excitement slightly wore off as he finally sat down at the library. While taking his things out of his bag, he found a letter from his parents he received but forgot to open. It had been a long time since he had heard from them. But, anything that reminded his of home made him remember that he was actually given the opportunity to go to school and how proud everyone was of him. He didn't want to anyone including himself down. He put his Danosaur plushie on the corner of the desk as support. "Just keep reading, reading, reading," Danosaur hummed quietly to himself as he flipped the pages of his textbook.

Danosaur woke up abruptly, shaking from a bad dream. In it there was something coming after him. He didn't know why. He didn't even know what it was. But it was strange. He walked to the bathroom and splashed water on his face and stared at himself in the mirror. Danosaur thought to himself about all the craziness going on around the university, literally. Not to mention the increasing number of students being killed. Maybe it was a good thing that Danosaur kept to himself. Maybe it was fate that the kazoo didn’t bring him to any friends. Maybe solitude was the fate that kept him alive. Well, solitude and his Dinosaur plushie of course. Danosaur thought to himself, if only this so called “fate,” could help him to get elevated. Surely, all his hard work in school wasn’t going to waste, or was it? --- (I'm not a Skindancer.)

So the only real information we have right now is that a Vintish Nobleman (clanky), an Aturan Nobleman (ostrichofevil?) have gone insane. This has to be by sabotage from the skindancers. It is most likely that there social class was the reason they were sabotoged so they are likely students. Also the following players were murdered: aturan nobleman (Neo) and a cealdish commoner (Mashadar) have been killed by mercenaries. They were confirmed as students. We started the game with 24 players, and 4 students have been removed at this point. Also last round the following students were elevated: Touka Kirishima, Amari, Haelbarde, Pyra Ghetti, Mind of Akasha, Delta This round the elevated students are: Wilem, Touka, Acaelus, Varda, Mind of Akasha, and Marcos Mayweather So Touka, and MoA have been elevated twice. EDIT: I am not a skindancer

Danosaur rushed to the mailbox after his long days at school, which became drearier and drearier with each one that went by. There was definitively something bad going on beyond his control. He put too much hope into try to gain talent pipes. He wanted the rediscovery of his love of the kazoo to have an effect on his life. Then Danosaur’s dreams were crushed. Crushed in the first sentence of the letter. He wasn’t quite good enough. Wasn’t quite good enough to play the kazoo, wasn’t quite good enough to make good friends, wasn’t good enough to afford to escape and find a safer university. It was a Friday night and he could hear everyone laughing and in a cheery mood, but it just wasn’t something that Danosaur could fake his way into being part of that night. He pulled his plushie out of his bag (which had even more noticeably been falling apart than before), crawled into bed, gave it a hug and gave up for the day. He would continue his efforts in school, hoping and wishing for a better future.

So I think you are on to something with this. However many actions there is no way to confirm who took them. If you try to verify someone's identity with a check action for a skindancer they could instead have a teammate complete the check action. This would make it appear that the action completed even though the suspected player was actually blocked by fae lore. In order to make sure the action can actually verify student of skindancer the action must be player specific. EDIT: By the way I am not a skindancer

So I was looking through the rules, it appears that every turn for the insanity role a D10 is used, but you need a roll of 12 to go insane. This would mean everyone who goes insane was sabotaged by skindancers, unless they have been elevated twice or once if they also stay in the mews.

It has been an interesting month at school thus far. Danosaur placed himself in a strict routine. After all he was shy, and wasn’t all that great at interacting with others. He simply considered his good buddies those he talked to during dinner at the inn. Recently, there had been quite a bit of talk about Kliin. Either rumours spread fast or someone actually knows him well. Well, he had been the most interesting topic that had recently been brought up. He seemed like an interesting fellow. I’m sure he had good intentions. Just seems strange…very strange. Anyway, everyone has their quirks. Danosaur was a good listener but didn’t want to cause trouble and spread rumours. Danosaur wondered why eternal youth… why be around when the ones you care for are disappearing as time goes on. These thoughts haunted him. Danosaur was just glad it was the weekend and a chance to get away for a while. Imre was an interesting place, but what caught his eye were the musicians around. He was drawn to them, but was particularly excited to see someone playing the kazoo. Such a silly little thing, but one Danosaur also loved so much. He thought he was pretty good if he did say so himself. A talent he developed over the years. Maybe if he played the kazoo around the inn someone would be drawn to it’s beautiful sound just like Danosaur? Maybe he’d make a new friend? He was determined to find out.

I was wondering if the GMs could clarify some rules and answer some questions. 1) In the rules in Section 3 it mentions gaining 5 EP in the field you studied in when you are elevated to El'the if you have only studied in one field. What is considered studying, if I spend EP in both Naming and Sympathy, but am only ever elevated in Naming did I study both or just Naming. Would you get the bonus EP in this case? 2) If you become a Master, can you continue to study other fields and gain new abilities? 3) Last I just want to clarify, you only gain a new ability upon being elevated?
