  1. I think we lose this exe if the team is any of TJ/Mat, TJ/TKN, or TKN/Mat. I honestly don’t really feel like any of the dead are elim at this point (Devo is the only possibility imo, and I’m second guessing that now) but I also find it hard to believe there’s 2 elims in play still. e!solo!TJ can’t use both Fighter injury to kill v!TKN and NK to kill v!Ash, so we’re safe e!solo!TKN can’t kill at all, so we’re extra safe e!solo!Mat can and will kill Ash, maybe v!TJ should block Mat for next cycle to make us safer @|TJ| Aman exe today is unfortunately optimal. I would like apologies in the aftermath though
  2. It's not like I outright told him We were talking about possible fighter!TJ and whether or not it would indicate v or e for him, which led to me mentioning that you brought up the possibility of e!TJ not realizing or forgetting he could double tap for an extra kill, and he called it a "slip." At that point I just stopped bothering with a false pretense of ignorance so Mat and I could properly discuss stuff (since, at that time, I'd been 100% on board with e!TJ, v!Mat) ((ED1T: Like. I died and was rez'd, so can't be Dawnsharder. TKN claimed Homesteader, so can't be Dawnsharder. TJ wouldn't rez me just to switch up like a blade on me, so can't be Dawnsharder. In either a e!Mat world or v!Mat world, he already knew, and the village can't... ya know... win without a little thing called communication and cooperation )) ((ED2T: Oh and the IKYK. I was trying to scare theoretical e!Mat into killing me, not you, because otherwise if Ash died I would be gunning for Mat tomorrow, by making him think I earnestly believed that e!TJ or e!TKN would shoot me before you [because I'm always going to fight the hardest in any exlo situation and you being a confirmed Villager doesn't matter if all they need to get you to do is vote the other villager] @Ashbringer)) Aman this is fine tbh. Y'all can deal with the headache of F3 better for the village to remove me now than have us deal with unnecessary paranoia tomorrow ED3T: Oh and @Ashbringer imo the safest Shade to rez is probably JNV if the only thing you want is an extra villager. I'd do Wonko personally, but e!Aman is too scary etc etc ED4T: Oh and last bit of context @Ashbringer I started the PM asking if Mat was the Fighter, since he softed not being the Dawnsharder. He then suggested he was the Dawnsharder running interference, and I asked him if he was serious because someone already claimed it. So the only reason he knew I was in contact with you in the first place is because of that interaction. Do with that what you will
  3. Paraphrase is basically he didn't 100% trust me and was worried that he would regret it, but he contacted me lookong for advice after I started doing the numbers to see how close we are to game over Main reason I told Mat about Ash is because I figured it would be obvious for e!Mat, given that I am voting TJ and not Ash. Side reason is to try to IKYK him into submitting a kill on me instead of Ash
  4. Part of me wants to say v!TJ still but idk. If v!TJ we need to vote Mat today and have fighter!TJ finish TKN off. Is anyone willing to claim a Silver Blade at this point? Most should be with village ED1T: Actually probably nevermind. That just about ensures village loss if TJ is the last elim, I think. Village rez helps but I'm still not 100% clear on the OoA there. Staying the course and recovering in F3 might be the safest option
  5. I feel the first line of that song is extremely misleading and borderline offensive. Why wouldn’t you want to be some KKC hobo?
  6. Or just don’t go to school, kids! Become homeless like me! I’ll sign up as a Spectator for now but I may be tempted to join near the end of sign ups and see how long I can last on the streets this year
  7. Double posting because it’s been 7 hours with no posts which makes Aman sad and I got things I want to work through Mat Ash - claimed C3 Fighter Injury TJ TKN - claimed Homestead Leader who banished DeTess, C4 Fighter Injury Aman - claimed vanilla Archer, Ash, and TKN have all reported being hit by a Fighter. The fact said Fighter hasn’t gone for a kill yet might point to them being Village—however, if they decide to kill TKN today then we can safely assume they’re elim. With 1 exe and 1 NK, tomorrow is F3 (assuming the game doesn’t end). There’s a 2v-1e and a 1v-2e + v!DeTess scenario, but I reckon the second means the village has basically lost due to vote overpowering. There’s also the possibility of the e!Fighter revealing his malicious intent by double tapping TKN, but fortunately I just also remembered that we get another rez today too so a lot of this might be moot… F4 is basically a 2-2 or 1-3 situation, which ends up being exlo with a final incorrect exe and a NK Either way, the game isn’t over unless the team is something crazy like Mat/TKN/maybe DeTess. This would need v!TJ!Fighter or v!Ash!Fighter that faked blocking himself to get ruled out (which is hella smart if that’s what you did, btw ) Fortunately, we still have a day and a cycle to get to the bottom of that mystery So yeah. I’ve pretty much landed at e!TJ at this point, but I am open to him pleading his innocence. If it’s not him, then honestly I have no idea how to pick between Mat, TKN, and Ash without relying on a mass role claim
  8. Okay. So really it's down to Mat and TJ for me, which feels meh since I really felt TJ's C1 was Village. Since then he's kinda been skating by and bringing up the Aman paranoia now is interesting ig
  9. My revive and DeTess banishment happened simultaneously
  10. Double posting to request the Dawnsharder revive Wonko today. You shouldn’t have gotten a role from me, but you will from him, and it will very likely come in handy at exlo (if we don’t lose today) I kinda wish TKN didn’t claim because it does mean the Dawnsharder can be narrowed down further (unless it was JNV, in which case RIP) but also glad that I can probably write him off now Silver Blades seem moot at this point more so than I’d predicted D1, which is sad, but who needs flips anyway, amiright?
  11. RIP Wonko =/ Hm. Surprised the Fighter didn't hit Ash again to kill him. I'd assumed that Fighter was E, but now I'm not so sure. Guess it's time for me to start rereading TJ
  12. Oh! Survivalist is staggered? I hadn’t realized. Hm. TKN flash wagon?
  13. IMO the NK was convincing enough already, but he expressed regret for claiming elim and dying—it seemed he initially thought he was the exe—and later he was in disbelief that people were theorizing e!Him NKing himself. That plus he actually engaged with me on my reads, and it didn’t seem to be to sway my thoughts (like an elim might try) but rather to understand them. So it’s a fairly strong read on its own. A theoretical Survivalist won’t be able to pull back DeTess until C4 at the earliest, but if DeTess doesn’t get a flip tonight, then we need to leave her on there until C6–though at that point it’ll be unlikely she survives, unless we banish another knife holder (but that’s only a chance) and the problem just repeats so… RIP? Who do you think the elims are Devo?
  14. Essentially, I think it had a few intents. First, Alpha was generally written off as “Too Wolfy To Be Wolf” and thus it was unlikely for a wagon to be formed on him in the near future. Second, that he didn’t produce a lot of content or suspicions, which means the village has less info to work off to narrow suspects. Third, given his propensity for chaos, he wouldn’t be a super appealing C1 rez (I imagine the elims realized their first kill might be as good as a confirmed villager that immediately comes back, so the more chaotic the agent, the less of a waste the effort is / more room they have to work). Combined with the JNV kill, it could be related to a Fourth thing, where at least 1 elim is among the generally trusted or thread controllers, but no one really fits that profile atm
  15. Hm. Possible it could be and I read the mechanic wrong. @Szeth_Pancakes Can you clarify which is true? Do the Shades need to the trigger the Silver Blade, or does the Silver Blade just straight up kill a Shade?
  16. Can you link me to any/all cases for e!Archer, or give me the cliff notes, when you get the chance? Thanks <3 Anyway, back to the ED2T I was doing before this ninja Homesteaders Mat Ash TJ Devo Wonko TKN Aman Banished DeTess Shades Alpha Archer JNV With 3 Shades, there’s a 45% chance of DeTess’ Silver Knife flipping someone. I think we can safely assume both Alpha and JNV—the NKs—are village, given the 1/3 odds of them getting permanently removed before they may get resurrected. Archer is the only real question mark imo, and I say that as someone who thought his lines of attack (questioning) looked village, so hopefully he’ll be the one to flip and put that to rest. With 7 of us currently in play—about to be 5, assuming the kill doesn’t get blocked—there’s two scenarios we could be in. 9v-2e or 8v-3e. If no elim has been removed, then either way, tomorrow should be exlo at either 4v-2e or 3v-3e, so we technically have some leeway, but it’s worth noting we’re practically in the endgame already. In a 2e worst case, I believe a successful rez C4 might but is more time, but wouldn’t make a difference in a worst case 3e world. I don’t know that I’m willing to entertain a 3e world tho, unless the 3rd is a Vanilla DeTess with a Silver Knife, which is a theory I’ve been chewing on in the shade doc. From my PoV, the elims would be very invested in preventing my resurrection, and Tess seemed to push the e!Aman narrative harder than I’d expect a Villager of her caliber. Potentially biased, given its a read based on how they’ve treated my slot, but that’s also part of why I think Archer arguing for me to be resurrected might be a v!Indicator. That said, I’m operating on a 2 elim world among the current 7. Wonko is probably my strongest v-read—I hope I won’t regret it—followed by TJ, though I found his C2 lacking (as well as his C3 so far). Ash moved up because of him mentioning bad vibes from DeTess’ e!Aman pushes. Mat’s seemed more proactive to me. Which really just leaves Devo and TKN, who imo fit the elim kill profile so far.
  17. I will interject to say that Wonko is one of my stronger village reads, PM stuff non-withstanding, from 3 different posts on C1. I would be particularly surprised if e!Wonko decided to vote v!me for putting him high in my reads without an explanation. Most elims would probably be relieved to see that, I reckon ED1T: Oi @The Known Novel, it’s C3 now. This is around the time v!you ramps up, yes?
  18. Process of Elimination. Basically in the absence of explicit suspicions, one strat is to remove all the people you village lean/read from the equation and vote/shoot through the /shrugs
  19. :joy: I figured that the information was probably in your big post earlier but thanks for coloring and condensing. I'm basically trying to shore up my V read of you rn because on the surface level, I have noticed you've been taking more initiate w/ posting your thoughts. I get off work soon so will maybe update my read diamond before bed. If not then tomorrow for sure
  20. The usual (i.e. didn’t want to draw an unnecessary target to JNV) or let the elims know anyone had PM'd me for my role claim. To clarify, when I say JNV didn't try phishing me, they hadn't noticed my deal for the first 3 people to PM getting claims. They just wanted to check in and see how I was doing ED1T: Oh and the Ash vote was mostly just PoE. I village read most people more than I did him + wondered if he assumed Alpha was "RPing" evil because he had v!Alpha TMI ED2T: OH AND @Matrim's DiceI'd love a Skittles Rainbow if that's still something you do and you have time
  21. Ash moved up for me during C2, if only slightly. Tbh I began tunneling DeTess in the Shade doc because of their rigid e!read of me--felt like elim casting doubt on Shades to stop resurrection. I similarly flagged Archer for doing the same for Alpha, and I think Mat for following the line of thought / tying us both together, but these last two were pretty minor offenses (and I still read Archer village, but could be wrong there). I'm at work today but have tomorrow off so will vote Devo until I can sit down and do some proper work
  22. JNV did PM me C1. We didn’t get the chance to talk much, but it was good vibes and no phishing, so that’s mostly where my read was from. ED1T: Oh Alpha didn’t share much. He thanked Szeth for a cool death, claimed Vanilla, asked questions about the reads I gave him in case he got rezzed and how much I told JNV in our PM, and remarked on people theorizing e!him doing a crazy gambit.
