    I think that at this point in the Stormlight Archive, Vin would win because she's more practiced with her powers, Kaladin has more power potential, but Vin can use her abilities to her fullest.

    I just realized, Nightblood can vaporize walls, and the other surge of a Skybreaker is division.

    Maybe the reason they have those abilities is why they became Surgebinders, those attributes are what drew the spren to them, for example, Lopen, we don't know what he is, but Windrunner seems very plausible, anyway he was a contributing factor in keeping Bridge Four together, with his affable attitude, and with him actually bringing in his cousins to join Bridge Four.
