In which chapter is the war referred to as the "War of Reckoning"?

I think that I must have encountered it on a website because I can't find it either. But regardless I don't think it makes sense for the war to be called the "Vengeance Pact". It's a pact not a war!

What is the Vengeance Pact? I was under the impression that the Vengeance Pact was the pact made by the Highprinces and the King to get revenge on the Parshendi for the assassination of Gavilar Kholin, and the consequent war was called the the Vengeance War. However I have heard the war itself referred to as the Vengeance Pact. Could someone please enlighten me?

As a Seer (Atium Misting) I have seen the future. I see that I will win the competition and therefore you should put all of the other competitors out of their misery and just send me the prize. And don't speak to me about Atium only seeing a few seconds in to the future. This is a lie perpetuated by Emperor Sanderson to make you underestimate our power!
