  1. Plurn sniffed the air; "someone's baking cookies," he muttered to himself. Probably ardents. Back home, Plurn's grandpa was the one that always baked cookies. He made the best chocolate ship cookies ever. Plurn was quickly growing bored of the march through the plains. Nothing had tried to kill him or steal his money for a few days now. He wondered if he should be fearing this like the calm before the storm. It's probably nothing. I'm interested to know what went on inside the conversation. If anyone wanted to elaborate for me, that'd be cool.
  2. I think we have to do something other than waiting around to get killed. The plan that was already discussed, Bort's plan, (the one about a group of vanillas coming out), is probably the best so far. If a group of only four revealed themselves, they might get enough time to become squires and be useful (hopefully some detection and pm powers get transferred). That's probably the best-case scenario, and the worst-case was already expressed in detail. And yes, it would be bad if all the vanillas came out because the eliminators would know who the radiants are, but the faster we can get those powers transferred, the better I think our chances are. We have a limited amount of time, and I haven't heard a better plan, so I think we should move as fast as we can to get this one going. Otherwise, we're sitting ducks. Also, Araris seems suspicious to me because he's being so aggressive, but he pretty much always plays that way. What I am concerned about is the amount of people Jumping behind some of these single votes and giving no explanation. That kinda seems like a dirty tactic to me. "[soulcast stone,]...It's got this smell I can't get out of my head." Edit: plan is now called "Bort's plan"
  3. I've just been lurking for a bit. I doubt any plan we come up with won't have some way that some major problems could potentially arise. Currently, I've been thinking that maybe 3-4 people being checked by transformation would work best for the current plan. Aside from that, I have no idea what to do. "all I've got is a penny whistle and a shock stick."
  4. I thought that was obvious with all the pick-pockets and robbers and the like. Anyway, I think a lot of information can be gleaned from the first lynch. Especially the last few votes that really decide the lynch. The main reason is the villagers don't know who their allies are, but the eliminators do, so they know who to kill and who not to kill; they have their targets and will try to sway the vote as stealthily as possible. I have no idea why, but for some reason, it's fun to poke meta. Araris kind of sounds like he's waiting for a bit more confirmation, but this is mostly to keep the poke train going.
  5. Plurn tapped the cliff with the metal tip his walking cane to make sure it was sturdy before standing on it. Hands on doorknob cane topper. Wait, the cane needed to be tilted towards the chasm. Perfect. Head tilted ever so slightly up... aaaaand... a slight breeze made the strips of fabric behind his headband. I bet I look so awesome right now. So majestic. The caravan continued to move forward. The chulls had pulled the bridge across the chasm. Plurn stepped back and continued his march toward the Oathgate. He wondered if he would know how the thing worked. It was probably the same kind of weird science these people used. Plurn felt his pocket become lighter almost instantly. This was exactly the same stuff he had dealt with back in his hometown. Without turning his head, or giving any sign that he realized what had happened, he tapped the metal end of cane to the exposed leg of the thief. There was a loud snap and he fell over. Plurn casually picked up his coin bag. It was full of large denominations of coin, but they were only accepted where he was from. "You don't even want these," he whispered to the man laying on the ground, who was still trying to recover from a state of shock. Wow, I'm funny, Plurn thought to himself
  6. A lone ardent walked down the "street" hardly even glancing up toward the temporary stone shelters. A black furry face poked it's head out of the ardent's hood. It looked a lot like Bleep, Plurn's old pet that he left with his aunt. Plurn's face contorted into a nasty form at the thought of her. What he'd had to do for his work. Plurn just hoped it would end soon and he could get back home.
  7. Alright, I'll join. Please don't kill me on the first night again >.< Whenever someone meets Plurn Burn, they always think about how much like the king's wit he is; that's most of the reason why he calls himself the 'king's whit.' Has no idea how to use most fabrials, but he seems to know a lot about certain other mechanisms. "Storm powered lights. That sounds absurd, but it's right here in front of me."
  8. At first, Fernarnia was confused as to why he was in charge of stuff instead of being in trouble. Then he realized, he had a lot of money. Who knew the black market would do so well this year? He did, obviously. That's why he invested so much into it. He was like the shard of black market, or something. Whatever. He didn't really care what happened so long as he and his gold were not separated. Gold was the best invention of life.
  9. Presonally, I think it would be cool if we had 23 votes for Jaelre. Apply for most wanted? There are just so many votes on him, I want to see how high we can get the number. I haven't done enough scheming recently, and I died in the other game. Maybe I should work on school... Nah, real life is boring.
  10. FarDoom, currently wearing the bones of Faliu who died naturally about a week ago (right before this game started), sneaked down into the cellar of Rolan's house. "Yeeessss!" the bones were still there. The bones of a reptilian beast that lived many, many years before humans even existed. Rolan had collected an entire set. FarDoom got to work and, after abandoning his previous bones, got straight to work forming his new body. It was only one of the smaller ones, but the entire process took more than a few hours. Now, FarDoom was the most fearsome creature in the village. In this form, he was a Velicicirifter, or something. Velosister? Vile-sore-after? Velocerifter? Probably the last one. Whatever. No one would stand up to such a fearsome creature! Now to assert my dominance, FarDoom thought to himself and smiled a wicked grin. It only looked menacing because of the form he was in, though. FarDoom walked out of the room and tried to look intimidating. He failed. The first person to notice him barely looked up. That guy had spikes in his eyes. Probably noticing FarDoom as a fellow Hemalurgist, he wasn't even phased. Everyone else saw how harmless the Velicoripper was and didn't pay much attention to him. stupid spiked people, always ruining my fun, FarDoom thought, I only get to do this once every century.
  11. Kal-dellexe. I felt like voting for someone even if they don't exist in this game. Voting for people isn't really a smart thing for kandra to do if they don't want any enemies. As many of you may know, I am a kandra. I don't want to hurt you, but I do want some dinosaur bones. Maybe from AC? Anyway, that's why I haven't been voting so much, Probably most, if not all, of you knew I was a Kandra, so I'll come up as a hemalurgist during searches. I don't think anyone else has claimed being a kandra to the whole thread, so I hope you will all take this well and that I'll be able to survive the game (as that is my goal).
  12. Didn't you say that either winter or emerald was a Lawman? I admit that being the last lawman and pulsing someone would be a bad move because you wouldn't get the kill or have a chance for the gun. I want to hear from Rainspren and Ostrich before I make any more decisions. Emerald could be lying about being a pulser. edit: And if neither of them are being pulsed, I got "lucky" and got the smoking gun, which, I not sure what to do with at this point.
  13. Rust. I'd ask for volunteers but, I know that probably won't happen. I could just try to take out someone else I suspect might be a Lawman if there is another (it will still be a victory if you die). I'm not so sure at this point, though. I feel so pressured, like the whole game is on my shoulders. Considering I'm the only one that can do anything (all that pulsing), that's probably an accurate statement. Even if I mess up the shot, and if there's another lawman, it will still be 2v1. (I doubt there is more than four).
  14. ...really? Am I the only one with a vote? Uh, wow. Hmm. This is a lot of pressure... Like I said before, if Winter isn't a lawman, then Emerald must be one. Hopefully, he is the last one, otherwise, it's a coin toss: the last lawman and the last scoundrel would face off for the most epic duel of the game. Edit: said dual instead of duel Edit 2: geez, I forgot about both extra kills (noob). I have the smoking gun, obvious, since everyone else is being pulsed, I get it. I'm not going to shoot anyone with it, I'm trying to stall the game. That being said: I have reason to believe that ostrich and rainspren are the pulsers (thank you for helping), so I don't think I will attack them, unless one is the fourth lawman (hoping that's not a thing :I ). If it comes to that, I'll want everyone I can get to be active, that's why I'm asking the pulsing to stop next round, for fear of one the pulsers being a lawman, and taking over the vote because it is 1v1, then we'd have a coin-toss-lynch for the game and then they'd either get the smoking gun (for not pulsing or being pulsed), or might kill me before I can shoot them with said gun. Ask for clarification if you need any, I tried to explain the best I could, but i don't think it came out very well.
  15. Noooo, I had a huge analysis post, but then it died. q.q Basically, Alvron is not a lawman (that is pretty universal) because Joe was trying so hard to get him lynched. (round 2/3) blah, bla, blah, Votes, pokes n' guns. We'd have to take a huge gamble to try to get a lawman (hopefully the last one) if we have to chose between Winter and Emerald probably one is a lawman. Clanky said almost the same stuff about Karlin and Ostrich that makes it sound like they're suspicious, but I doubt either of them are evil.
