Silverblade5 replied to Curious Anamaximder's topic in General Discussion
And yet I feel strangely detatched from it. Right not, I don't feel any different. Guess I'll be taking it out on some sticks tomorrow though. -

I think I might be single again. -
Anyone have a good opening scene in mind? Because I don't. If you do, you have my permission to launch the thread in my place

Anniversary Game 3: The Curse of the Koloss
Silverblade5 replied to Metacognition's topic in Sanderson Elimination
Current thoughts (after having read a single page) Wilson was attacked. Why? She's good at seeing though lies. She can also lie well when she wants to. She's a great analyst Ryth's suspicions are currently on people who have only played one or two games with her. Taking her out would be a good strategic move, and would allow them to stay hidden more easily. They'd be able to kill her without feeling bad or fearful due to not knowing her. However, Ryth have no clue who fits that description. Anyone want to help Ryth out?- 1403 replies

Anniversary Game 3: The Curse of the Koloss
Silverblade5 replied to Metacognition's topic in Sanderson Elimination
So, I'm currently sick and am having trouble breathing without coughing every five seconds. I'm going to try to still play. Might not be as active as I'd like though. I haven't read through the entire thread yet, and shall begin to do so shortly.- 1403 replies

Anniversary Game 3: The Curse of the Koloss

I'm terribly sorry, but Ryth is afraid he'll have to drop out of this game. He requests that he gets targeted by the elims next cycle- 1403 replies

You were remade!

My peeve is that double standards are a thing that exist. That, in certain cases where there's no evidence to support either side of the argument, one side will be instantly blamed and assumed guilty and until proven innocent.

Does anyone have any idea where on the map we start?

Post or you're lying Ryth Brown hair, blue eyes, born in Kandor Blademaster, who survived the Last Battle. Currently lives in Malkier I'm going to wait a couple more days for characters and additional players, then I'll launch the game.

So here are the rules, as I've conceived them so far…. 1. Any character, human or Wolf, is allowed, but realistic limitations are a must. 2. No god-modding (i.e., taking control of another player's character beyond small, essential bits for one's post). So something like "S/he said nothing, so Whatshisface went on" would be allowed, but narrating another character's actions, dialogue, and/or inner thoughts—beyond what the other player has already written—would not. (It probably goes without saying that killing another player's character without their express permission is not allowed.) 3. Keep in mind what you know of another player's character vs. what your own character would know. 4. Clear all plot twists with the GM and the characters involved. There's a good chance they'll say yes, because I'm more of the write-by-the-seat-of-your-pants type and I don't have a clear storyline planned out, but just make sure you get permission. Especially if it involves another player's character. 5. It is completely okay to join late in the story. 6. Be respectful of other players. I want this game to be fun, so don't set a super-frantic pace. If a player asks for the rest to slow down so they can catch up, do it. If they need a recap and you happen to know what's been going on, fill them in. 7. Have fun. This post was copied from the Reckoners RPG and then modified. Credit goes to Twilyghtsanssparkles.

Mid-Range Game 19: Return to Urithiru
Silverblade5 replied to little wilson's topic in Sanderson Elimination
What can I say, I operate on an innocent until proven guilty basis. Up until you confessed, the only reason to think you were an eliminator was the word of a single person, backed by no evidence at all. I don't consider that reliable. Thanks for the feedback- 329 replies

What are you talking about? Funtimes and Nighthound aren't here. We should be fine.

The current consensus is freeform. The idea is that we discuss what we're going to do in the planning thread (this one) and then do it in the main thread. Like the Reckoners RPG, but with less people. I will be GMing for now.
-
I'll do it if no one else does. I'm just waiting for someone better to step up Freeform, unless you'd rather do a WoT themed Pathfinder or D&D

Mid-Range Game 19: Return to Urithiru
Silverblade5 replied to little wilson's topic in Sanderson Elimination
Closing thoughts: every time I play a game, I walk away feeling like I did terribly or I let my faction down in some way. I'd like some feedback on how well I played this game. Particularly, I'm looking for feedback from @A Joe in the Bush, who I had the most interaction with, and @little wilson, who was an unbiased observer to everything- 329 replies

Alternatively, we could do it in the fourth age. Both genders would have access to the power, and we'd be able to play around with the fallout from Tarmon Gai'don and the Dragon's Peace

Great! We need to figure out a setting. I'm personally thinking either Age of Legends, or third age. How about you people?
