  1. I really liked MacBeth. It's fun to read out loud, especially the witch parts. I'm working on writing an albums worth of doom metal songs based on the play, though it's pretty doubtful anyone will ever get a chance to hear them.

The best rendition of a Shakespeare play I ever saw was a cowboy western Taming of the Shrew. It was really well executed (which kinda surprised me) considering it kept the dialogue ver batum except for a part where one of the characters briefly slipped into spanglish. Was beautiful.

I also have a skull that lives on my dresser named Yuric.

  2. I believe it.

I made some chainmail underwear when I was like 8 or 9... never actually wore it, and it was really closer to a chainmail thong, but whatev...

    edit for claritys sake:

I was in a skit in which I was a blacksmith, and that seemed like an easy thing to do with a bunch of copper rings. I don't recal it having any actual effect on the story, but it seemed like a good idea at the time.

It was pretty bad, actually... and the rings were like half an inch across, so it wouldn't have done much IRL...

  3. That was... interesting. I'm sure it would make much more sense if I knew the game, but all in all was a pretty good song in the vein of Bohemian Rhapsody. I liked this one much better, though.

For mine, a song about world war 2 submarines by the Swedish power metal band Sabaton:

  4. I'm an Obligator, too! Well, was, at least, for a while...

    Obligatory Welcome Post!

on another note, how exactly are cookies the ideal delivery method for a hemalurgic spike? Sure, it'll catch your prey off-guard, but how will they not notice a metal spike when they are eating? And what if they are a horneater? They'd just bite right through it.....

It kinda relies on the idea of stop thinking about it, as far as I can tell. Also, the supreme power of innuendo.

  5. WOW!

I never knew that "ametal" turns to "Allomantic metal" and "fmetal" turns to "Feruchemical metal"! Cool! It makes life so much easier!

The question is... WHY NOBODY INFORMED ME OF THIS? really, we need to do an introductory guide to 17thShard. So that people would know how to do spoilers and we could throw in things like that.

    Yeah... still throws me, though...

I thought that every storming person on this site just typed Sanderson words, because they're rusting amazing!

    Well, I'm rusting amazing...

  6. D&D basic through 4th (and sorta 5th)
