  1. Maybe the Rhysadium are all really just Kandras? Crazy thoery but I doubt its plausible.. knowing how they choose certain masters only, quite the opposite of kandra- and dont listen very well when put with other people. As well seeing how they can be killed-unlike kandra in mistborn which are very difficult to kill... theory for kandra worldhopper - Elokar Wife back home in the capital- they say her behavior is growing erratic and she seems just like the perfect firgurehead to be replaced.
  2. As with many of Sanderson's books its all about perception. We know them being the original 5 scholars they know more tricks than they lead on, and changing disguise and hiding breath is proabably just the start. Im sure there are many other tricks not relieved that we just have to assume they know.. We all know Vasher knows a lot more tricks than he leads on...
  3. Just saw this topic.. It may be a little late but i believe it deserves a - WOW
  4. I am very excited for a sequal to Warbreaker... I believe there is a lot to tell.. The secrets of the 5 scholars the original war with Peacemaker.. The path of Denth and his crew.. Or even what the future holds for Vasher chasing down and trying to right his wrongs.. All good possible options for sequal.
  5. That is a very intresting theory. The aons referring to constelations is just another aspect of how these worlds tie into each other so well.. I dont know exactly if thats the key to world hoping.. or just another easter egg of how these worlds function in general
  6. Good counterpoint Kaellok, I do not recall seeing Heradls wearing shardplates but i thought plausible theory in relation to the shardblade theory. But i still believe it relates to stormlight and has more magical propeties than it does physical properties.
  7. I do like the theory that is is some sort of copy from the orignal Shardplate- Much like spren copying the Shardblades as swords of Honorblades. We know there are different types of Spren even from the ones we know- So perhaps its some sort of manipulation of the original plate worn by the Heralds. As for the misting helmets- I assume once you reach a certain level of the KR (as Sanderson describes) you can do some much cooler stuff. So at some level you can control and manipulate stormlight in all types of ways including the forming and deforming of the Shardplate. We have much to learn.. Muahaha
  8. I think there will be a calculation for a universal constant.. It's a great idea and im sure Brandon and Peter are already well on there way of divising a scale.. he already stated somehwat that there is a ratio for Breath-Stormlight.. As to how its used based on the person its invested in it can most likely be used more/less efficiently. But im sure by the latter end of his novels there will be a scale which suffiecently takes into account a unviersal constant. Khriss is probably already on it!
  9. I do believe Breath is equivalent to stormlight in other worlds. So i assume many of these properties do not take on others ablities but just feeds on it. So holding breath - is the same as holding stormlight- same as burning copper. That being said having multiple abilties and crossing over with them would be cool- or as Sanderson would put it "have some strange possibilies"
  10. Of course Hoid has more expierence in realtion to events.. That point was made just to argue him being adonlasium. I feel we have not yet seen anything of true power in the cosmere- VIn gaining a fraction of shard power- the power of Harmony/ Odium.. These will problem even being minor issues in the latter years of the comsere novels
  11. Hoid does not need to use the shardpool it's not specified anymore that is the key to worldhopping. I believe its a connection to Shadesmar and accesing the powers of the shard. Just like aon dor for aon tia- transportation... there must be a way to access other worlds shard powers (which Hoid obivously can do) This enables him to travel to other worlds.
  12. All the speculation of Aon Tia- Travel is not likely becuase the farther you get from Elantris the weaker the aon dor is.. so travel through the elantrian powers is probably not the clue. I think it has to do with perception much like most of the small hints in all his novels. The elantrians preception of themsleves being great silver beings something to do with the connection of the shardpools preception and undertstanding of the physical and congnitive realms . ..? maybe
  13. Hoid isnt even the most knowledgeable person in the cosmere, its hard for me to belive Khriss could know more of the comsere than Hoid- if he is adonlasium himself..
  14. I also recall, since you brought up you can only use it if its yours. If a furchemist empties all of copper minds and becomes identity becomes Zero, than perhaps another ferchemist with idenity zero who is also a twinborn can burn an imbuned copper spike an become a savant. Also i like all of the ideas of burning cool things no one thought of... Also add to the list an invested item with breath from warbreaker- perhaps even Nightblood himself with enough.. possible?
  15. Also I believe we were discussing Hoids ablilty, if you have read emperors soul- Hoid is the gentleman she meets when she is imprisoned in the begining and he identifies the rock very quickly- too quickly so I believe he is a soul forger also.. So think of this lightweving, trasnporting, soulforging twinborn-mistborn/feurchemy. What cant he do? I dont know if feurchemy has been confirmed but i have seen is in some Q/A..
  16. The ardent drawing pictures of Kaladin and the bridgeman during training that Rock kicks out.. IS Nazh as well
  17. Hemalurgic Spikes is said by Sanderson to be present throughout the cosmere. We do not need Ruin for Hermalurgy to take affect in people. But I do beleive Sadeas was just a man corrupted by his own thoughts and having a shardblade added to that, as it seems it makes men even more power hungry and dangerous.
  18. I dont think it was anything as wild as Kandra, or being spiked... Its been years since he tried to be a distraction for the King and years of warfare and useless battles changed his ideals and his perspective. After he betrayed Dalinar there was no more pretending or going back- and thats why the dynamic changed so much in WOR
  19. Thanks for the input.. !
  20. The next Sanderson book of course!

  21. Great theory!! it fills in a lot of gaps and leaves little things to disagree with.. i think this is the most likely scenario.. and the added part about burning glyphwards is the topper on this thoerm.. GJ
  22. I definatly agree with you on the counts of outsiders perpectives for some of the crazy scenes. Like Kaladin flying in at the end- would be nice for Adolin to be the "what the frack".. As far as Sadeas going down though.. dont forget he has a badass manipulative wife who even Jasnah gives credit for her being clever with her network of spies. I wouldnt count out manupulation and subterfuge setting back the gang in the next one as well.. But yes different perspectives on main events would be nice twist atleast reactionwise.
  23. Long time reader, first time blogger.. Been a fantasy novel fanatic for ages. Love everything from Jordan, to Sanderson and Rothfuss-King Killer series being one of my new favorites.. For all you Sanderson fans- what other authors are worth a heavy dose of reading??
