I think Jason Momoa would actually fit the young Lord Ruler better. Dockson always seemed a bit older and scholarly to me. And for some reason he sound Scottish/Irish in my head.
That's actually a really cool idea! my main reason for putting him as dockson was because i felt momoa and cooper could get their characters to have a really good chemistry, seeing as they are like best friends in the book. I just figure getting the characters right as a whole vs individually was something i wanted to do as well. i feel this cast would work well together. as for the lord ruler, it's hard because as far as screen time goes, he would have such a small part. and i almost picture him "smaller" than momoa, just to illustrate the fact that his power comes from his godliness, not physical strength. my choice would be someone like matthew goode maybe?
