Still reading Les Miserables but now just to myself Reading Way of Kings to the little sis. Rereading The Hobbit to get ready for this December.

So I started a game of Would You Rather in my Photography class on Wednesday and thought it would be fun to play here. If you don't know what the game is basically you are given two options for something and have to say which one you would choose and why. After you go you post two more options and it is someone else's turn to answer. I'll start with the best one I heard when I played in class. Would you rather slide down a 50ft razor blade into a vat of rubbing alcohol, OR suck all the snot out of dog's nose until it's head caved in?

Right now I am stuck on the NES controller level of Pushmo.

For the most part I haven't noticed the foreshadowing until after I went back and reread the books and noticed it in hind sight, (Dockson mentioning the LR's perfect memory for example.) However there have been a few things I have noticed that I am proud of: -I "knew" Sazed was going to be the Hero as soon as I read the first epigraph of HoA.I have know idea how I knew it and actually started to think that it was a stupid idea around chapter 10ish but once Vin had been named in them later on I knew it couldn't be her and so I was back to believing it was Sazed. -I figured out how Elantris was going to end well before I should have, though I will admit that I was only able to do this because I was asking my dad who had already read the book questions I had about Aon Dor and how it worked. If it hadn't been for him I wouldn't have realized that the chasm line needed to be added to all the Aons -Oh and I totally called Lightsong dying to give the God King his tongue I was totally surprised about what we find out about his life before he was Returned.

Do we know who's developing it? I haven't heard anything about it other than it's happening. I want to take a shot in the dark and guess that Ubisoft has picked it up for the sole reason that every time I imagine the MB video game I picture something incredibly similar to Assassins Creed, but with magic.

It was Rev. Hale, the entire class hated him for telling the people that they should lie to save their lives. In my opinion that actually made him a hero, not because what he did, but because why he did it.

I liked The Crucible, the reason I think that my teacher is going to hate my essay is that I chose a character that the entire class loathed because of his actions and wrote about why he was the most honorable character in the play.

I would like to announce that I just finished writting an AMAZING (ok well it's not exactly amazing but it turned out much better than I expected) paragraph for my final on The Crucible that's due tomorrow but I'm pretty sure that my English teacher is not going to be too happy with what I have written...

I was about to say that maybe now you could be a splinter, but then I realized that Splinters are real things in the Cosmere and so now I just feel stupid. I've been away for far to long...

Honestly I don't know, my white cartridge went missing so I lost every one of my shinies :/ I restarted pearl and am going to finish it before I replace White but I havent been able to chain anything. I'll have to ask everyone else how they are doing though, our group has nearly tripled in size since we started this and I know that there is one person in it who will only train with shinies, I would be willing to bet that he has more to himself than the rest of us have between us.

I downloaded Les Miserables from Project Gutenberg the other day and have started the massive undertaking of reading it. I only started last night but it moving at an excruciatingly slow pace, partly because I have realized that if I don't read it outloud I start to skim and it goes completely over my head. to combat this I am reading it out loud to my little sister before we go to bed. Although it is incredibly long and slow I am enjoying it a lot. I have figured that if I continue at the current pace I should be able to finish it in 2 1/2 - 3 months.

It's been a while since I read WoK so I only vaguely remember the scene in question but are we sure that the thief is entirely soulcasted into fire and not just parts of him? If that didn't make sense what I mean is what if only his bones had been soulcasted into fire. and the rest of him was just burnt up.

I would like to announce that having a Biotech final tomorrow means that I am going to have to teach myself an entire terms worth of material tonight.

A few weeks ago they released a dashboard update for the Xbox that you have to download to connect to Xbox Live, and by extension to get any patches to fix bugs in any games, (that last part is important for what happens next) So anyways, I try and download the update and every thing appears to be going fine. The download bar fills up and the Xbox restarts, but when it loads up the dashboard thee is the notification still there that I need to update my console. I try redownloading several more times and every time the same thing happens. I go online and try all the troubleshooting tips they give me but still nothing works. I contact tech support and spend about 3 hours explaining to them what was happening.They have me go through all of the same solutions I have already tried and still nothing works, I'm not even getting the error code for something going wrong, it just keeps telling me to download the update. They could not figure anything out and had to send the transcript of our conversation to a more specialized department and said I shouldn't expect to get an email from them for at least 2 weeks. The real problem wasn't their customer service because they were fantastic, what is the problem is that one of the troubleshooting steps they had me try was clearing the console cache where every game update you ever download gets stored. Well now I can't redownload the update that got deleted when I did that because it won't let me until I download the system update that isn't working. Now even that wouldn't be such a problem if it wasn't for the fact that deleting all my game updates didn't make it so that for some games I can't load any save files that had an update when I saved them that is not there now. TL;DR Contacting Microsoft tech-support made my +100-hour Skyrim file unplayable
