    There is a certain point in bk 3 where it just takes off. You will know it when you get there. 4 is all fun and the series remains so throughout up to Peace Talks for me. Battle Ground has been fun I just don’t like that it was split between the two books. Happy to give Butcher more $ don’t get me wrong but this really could have been 1 book even if a little larger then the typical Dresden book.

    As I suspected it was my location keeping me from enjoying new Dresden. Even with a totally messed up house just getting back here today really helped out and I’ve already been through a few chapters.

    Cleared Aria Shrine. More interesting visions. Bought CS4. On the road back home tomorrow so hopefully more playtime once I’m there.

    Only on ch 2 of Battle Ground realize each night I attempt to make progress I’m just not in the right place to properly do Dresden. I only have like an hour to read over here and I wind up putting it down for WH40K. When I get home I will devour Dresden for sure.

    I downloaded it and Vampyr. Free so why not? I ll never be able to play all these games I’ve got over last 7 months I don’t think.

    I see CS4 is out 10/27. I believe I ll go ahead and pre order if I get out tonight and grab a card. If not then no big deal I guess. The way things are going I’m unsure if my internet back home will even be up and running yet by then. Zero chance I ll be done with 2 and 3 by then anyway but I like that $ and I’d hate to miss out but I’ve been happy with series so I’d gladly pay full price once I’m stable and back home.

    Starting Battle Ground tonight so I’m back to reading 4 books at a time once I do begin it.

    Picked up my 3rd WH40K that was waiting on me at brothers house so no need to get it shipped to house. Also I bought Battle Ground over here in Houston today!

    Where is this rusting horse supposed to be at?!!? ah ok I got it. It turns out I never talked to Sheeda to actually activate the quest even though I got the quest in the Elders notes. done now. Back to fleeing another hurricane so progress will slow way down and even more so then last time as my son is coming and he will want to do GTA 5..

    Will be dodging another rusting hurricane in less then 2 months time. Only just got our walls ripped out yesterday from this last one and there are still people with no power. I really hope this new equipment can stand up against Delta cause going another month without it will just suck after getting it back just a little over a week ago.

    Think I messed up.. Im doing quest in Nord looking for a Foal and I had to wind up looking it up. It’s not where it says it should be and I can’t go further into Aira shrine direction. hmm

    I can’t get Battle Ground till I go back to Houston as my BAM is missing it’s roof thanks to the hurricane. Cant get much reading or game time in with all this clean up consuming my days and nights but I’m enjoying WH40K book. As for Dune I strongly disagree to stop at bk 1. Go to bk 6. Amazing stuff.

    Oh SWEET!!! Bk 1 did come in while I’m still here in Houston so I have begun reading my very 1st WH40K book ever! I’m stoked. I hope I like it after all these years of hype from sources.

    I read that one super fast even for my past faster reading paced self. Like 2 days. I generally did em in 3-6 days back then. My goodness I want my WH40K starter book in already.. but they coming to Houston and I’m about to head back home to Lake Charles tomorrow. Ugh. One says it’s coming in tomorrow the other(and it’s book 1 to) says Saturday. Double ugh.

    Getting into some good stuff! CS2 Act 1stuff(it’s long I guess) Great session yesterday.

    I don’t know what a variety show is but Kingdom and especially Mr. Sunshine are outstanding Korean shows on Netflix.

    Ordered my 1st WH40K books ever! I got the 1st 3 Gaunts Ghost Omni’s. Ugh it’s just gonna take into October before I get all 3 of them to TX location so my brother will have to send them to LA cause I really hope we aren’t here still.

    I think any fantasy fan should attempt Wizards 1st Rule and make the choice to drop or go on from there. I dropped. Goodkind is a running joke on Malazan boards. Not to many well read people finish him. Probably much better fantasy beginner books then genre familiars. You likely won’t miss anything if you skip him but if you like WFR then kudos continue onwards. He does have fans out there for sure.

    I just need no stupid magic flask or regional summons. Give me my MP or draw counter and the summon of your choice. Im also concerned about the lack of a shown party battle. I don’t want a single player action game.

    Terry Goodkind died today. Only read his 1st book. Never bothered with the others.
