Hmm, suppose I should offer a few quick thoughts on the day’s proceedings… First of all, I am not altogether suspicious of the players who voted for Elenion, as there would be no reason for eliminators to attempt to bandwagon on someone this early. In fact, I think that this bandwagon transpired well, giving us something from Elenion’s defense. From what I’ve read, I haven’t been convinced either way of Elenion himself. Moving on to Stink, I’m somewhat surprised that no votes have appeared against him, considering that he revealed himself to (supposedly) be a neutral role that appears to be of no particular help to the village, and his actual posts have been of limited help as well. If we do choose to keep him alive, we might want to get a Legionnaire on him at some point to interrogate him. (Though, on second thought, I highly doubt any players are crazy enough to force themselves in a doc with Stink.) Also, as lighthearted as the conversation has been so far, we should try to do King Iadon a service and rid ourselves of too many unnecessary distractions.

Night 8: Third Degree Burns The death continued. Day after day, night after night, death pounded on Luthadel’s gates -- and in Luthadel’s gates as well. We knew that we were in a fight we couldn’t hope to win. Kelron didn’t even really know what he was doing here. He should’ve been on Roshar right now, but he’d ended up recruited by Ashweather Cett, in the middle of this Doloken-forsaken place. And now he’d found himself in the middle of some sort of riot. “Down with Cett!” a man in tattered and singed clothes shouted. “Ashweather is nothing but a coward!” “Relax, sule!” Kelron shouted. “I am not in league with this Cett, kolo?” “He lies!” the man in the crowd shouted. “He lies!” “What do you even mean? I speak the truth. I am not even from here.” Several other men and women, all looking ragged and weary from the days and days of fighting, glared at Kelron. “Burn him at the stake!” someone shouted, pointing to the giant makeshift pole they had erected recently for that precise purpose. “You are all acting too rashly,” Kelron spoke, keeping the fear from his voice. “Let’s take a step back for a second…” Kelron burned a bit of brass, Soothing away the mob’s anger and distrust. The mob seemed to relax for a second, the yelling dying down a bit, but it by no means seemed to stop them. The mob advanced upon Kelron, hatred filling their eyes. “I thought you all said that you hated Penrod!” Kelron blurted, his patience snapping. He enhanced his brass, trying to Soothe away all of the crowd’s emotions, but it was no use. There were far too many people to Soothe, and he was only one person. The crowd charged up at Kelron, and Kelron dashed away, only to be apprehended by a pair of somewhat muscular men. The two men, cheered on by the dozens of people in the mob surrounding them, marched towards the wooden stake. “Burn!” they shouted. “Burn!” If I can access shadesmar when they tie me up against the pole, I might be able to escape. I’ll just have to be fast. Very fast. Kelron breathed out as the two men tied him up to the stake. This will not be safe. One of the two men lit the large pile of firewood gathered at the base of the stake, and the mob surrounding him cheered, their shouts piercing the evening din. Kelron closed his eyes from the pain of growing flames, and tried to concentrate. Shadesmar, he thought. Shadesmar. The flames grew, reaching higher and higher, and soon Kelron found himself engulfed in the inferno. Even if he escaped at this point, he’d sustain some very serious burns. He’d have to hurry. When the flames eventually died down, the crowd was shocked to find no evidence of Kelron. He was gone. - - - - - Kelron (cloudjumper) was lynched! He was a Soother from Cett. Vote Tally cloudjumper (3): Alvron, Araris Valerian, Nyali Nyali (1): cloudjumper Due to the small number of remaining players, Night 8 will end in 23 hours, rather than 47. Good luck!

And so the game is afoot, my friends, and I have been tasked to find which amongst you may be enemies of the Crown. There are several things to take note of in our current situation, I believe. Number one: We know not of the nature of our enemies, but this should not change our means of discovering them. The noose, however morbid, will always be our strongest ally in the days to come. Number two: Our own mortality is but arbitrary, and we cannot divine who shall live and who shall die. As such, I suggest that we all participate usefully to discussion (on this point I cannot stress enough), and that we use our abilities when we see fit. Number three: Messages with others should be used with caution. We naturally grow more at ease with those whom we speak to regularly, so we should not let personal messages allow us to turn a blind eye towards another’s potentially more devious intentions. That is all I have to say at this moment. I shall await the words of others before deciding upon what course of action I shall take on this first day.

Hello, ‘ello, ‘ello. My name’s Renoth, in case you wasn’t aware. I’m sane, so… so we’re cool and all. Y’know, probably. That other guy, though, he’s crazy. If you see ‘im, kill him for me, would ya? It’s fer his own good. I mean, he seems all nice an’ intellectual an’ all, but don’t listen to his lies. He’ll hurt ya. Kill ya, if it suits him. Jus’… uh, believe me on this one. Anyway, yes, I’m Renoth, an’ I enjoy the finer things in life. Eating’s good. Um… yeah, food’s nice. An’ I ain’t against alcohol, either. But I really like gettin’ sleep. Sleep’s good fer ya, I hear. Think they did some studies on that, probably. Sleep makes a man less tired an’ angry. I bet if... if he got a bit more sleep, he would be a bit nicer. But let’s not talk about him… makes ‘im want to come out an’ cause trouble. In fact… Greetings. I am glad to have rid myself of that… barbarian, once again. His only wishes are to be inebriated all the time and kill others. I honestly cannot believe that I am obliged to share a body with such a menace. My name is Renoth. I have spent a great deal of time studying the behaviors of other individuals, and believe that I may be of great service to King Iadon. If, of course, I am provided sufficient funds in exchange for my services. In addition to my behavioral studies, I also spent two years as a scholar in Svorden, studying economics and theology. Hopefully, my studies will allow me to serve my lord dutifully. Once again, I believe that my barbarian friend speaks for himself, but if you do encounter him, do not trust a word of what he says. He has killed men before, I am certain of it, and will not hesitate to do so again. That said, please ensure that you do not actually harm him in any severe way, as doing so will obviously harm me in the process. And I certainly do not condone such actions. - - - - - Well, I am certainly not against an unlikely possibility of gaining omniscience, so I shall join this game, and what better way to do so than as a man with two personalities who each believe the other is a murderer. I'm frankly surprised nobody's thought of it already.

Day 8: Sleeping Giant There was once hope left in me, a shining glimmer of hope that I may see the world anew. I had a dream, that the world was covered in a brilliant shade of green, and that the sky was blue, rather than being clouded with ash. But that dream is gone, and in its place lies only a fear for what is to inevitably come. Mottel Musgreave had been asleep for weeks, it seemed. He had the uncanny ability to hibernate for seemingly endless amounts of time. As such, nobody was surprised when he was found dead after a koloss horde had trampled his encampment. - - - - - Mottel Musgreave (Mckeedee123) was killed by a koloss horde! Night 7: The End of Days The end is near. I can sense it. I can feel it, like a whisper in my ear. The ancient god is upon the eve of his ascension. Destruction will come to us all. Straw stood beside a mound of corpses inside the walls of Luthadel, fires burning around him, contemplating the end of days. He’d had a good run, as a soldier in Ashweather Cett’s faction. With some help from the servants of Ruin and the other factions, they’d managed to completely obliterate Straff Venture’s forces, and they had now breached Luthadel’s walls, allowing them to raze a small portion of the Ashwarrens to the ground. However, many of his good friends had died in the process, and Ruin’s servants were still at large. Straw put a hand to his head, dropping his sword to the ground. How could they possibly win? Even if they captured Luthadel, Ruin would only grow stronger. There could be no stopping him. No stopping the inevitable. One of Straw’s men walked up to him, placing a hand on his shoulder. “Is everything alright, Commander?” “Kill me,” Straw wept. The man took a step back. “Sir, I don’t think I can do that.” “That’s an order!” Straw yelled. “But… on the verge of our victory? We still have a considerable force of men, and we’re the first to take the city. We’re going to win! We’ll--” “I… don’t… care,” Straw said, his voice quivering with every word. “We can do nothing to stop the inevitable.” “Sir, what are you talking about?” Straw just shook his head, then slumped to the ground. “Nothing.” Straw took a shuddering breath, then rolled onto his side. “Sir, get up, there are still some archers around here. You’re in danger.” “That’s the idea.” “Sir, I have to… I can’t just…” “Leave me.” “But-” “Leave me.” The man frowned, then sighed, leaving Straw to his fate. - - - - - Straw (Straw) was lynched! Day 7: The Element of Surprise I believe that I am running out of time. I haven’t seen anyone since I was put in my cell, save for the occasional guard bringing me small rations of bread and water. My metalminds were all confiscated from me while I was unconscious. I know of nobody left to save me. I am trapped. Jonly strode forth from behind a small hillock, sword pointing high into the misty night. “CHARGE!” he shouted, and several hundred men obliged, yelling and screaming into the mists, towards Pewtergate. They had almost taken over the gate on the two previous nights, but had lost many men in the process. However, the tower’s defenses had been heavily weakened. Tonight would be the night that Pewtergate would fall. And when it did, Jonly would receive all the credit for it. Jonly dashed with his men towards the slowly-growing Pewtergate in the distance. Even as the arrows began to fall from the sky, he could hear nothing but the roaring shouts of his men, who swiftly raised their shields to block the incoming missiles. Jonly raised his sword higher in defiance, and his men continued their rush towards Pewtergate. They would make it, this time. They would make it or die trying. Pewtergate eventually began to loom larger and larger as Jonly’s men came closer to the walls of Luthadel. Several of his men had been struck down by arrows, and the archers’ fire never ceased. As they approached, Jonly could see the brutal chunks taken out of the gate. It’d take mere minutes for them to hack through the gate and rush inside. Several of Jonly’s men suddenly veered to the side, one accidentally pushing Jonly to the ground. As Jonly blinked his eyes and attempted to see through the mists, he spied the source of his men’s terror: a large wave of koloss. “To the gate!” Jonly shouted, but could barely hear himself in the clamor. “To the gate!” Jonly rose, brandishing his sword, and glared at the koloss. As they charged closer, Jonly’s glare became more fearful, until he realized that he couldn’t possibly take down these koloss. It would be impossible. Jonly threw his sword straight into the ranks of the koloss before fleeing, only to find his men and himself trapped between Pewtergate and the koloss. They would stand no chance against the onslaught. The koloss closed in, killing them all. - - - - - Cenn Celverclogs Stimbers flipped a coin into the air, then Burned his Steel lightly, causing the coin to hit a target on the other side of the tent. Cenn nodded, writing down a few notes in his notebook. Interesting. Ever since he Snapped a few months ago, he had dedicated his life to writing more about his Allomantic abilities. As far as he knew, nobody had successfully quantified Allomantic Burnings, but he thought that he could possibly come close. Cenn flipped a second coin in the air, and this one suddenly slammed into the ground. What in the-? A figure, face hidden behind a hood, crashed through the tent, slowly landing on the coin that had just fallen to the ground. Cenn’s eyes widened, and he grabbed another coin from his pocket, Pushing it straight at the intruder. The figure Pushed against the coin until it hovered in midair, then took a step to the side, causing the coin to spin off in the other direction. Cenn looked about frantically, then Burned his Steel, following the blue lines to a pouch on the intruder’s belt. Cenn Pushed on the pouch with all of his might, then Pushed on the metal spike behind him that held the tent up, bracing himself. The intruder flew backwards, out of the tent’s opening, until they unclasped the pouch, causing it to fly off across the encampment. Cenn reached to the side, taking his pot of coins, then threw the entire pot forward, Pushing on all of the coins inside. The coins shot out at the figure, then flew off to the sides, redirected by the figure’s Steelpush. The intruder then Pushed against several of the coins that had fallen to the ground, launching into the air. Cenn grumbled, rushing out of his tent to see where the assassin had ended up. However, the assassin no longer had any metal on them, and the mists obscured their flight. They could be anywhere. Any Cenn wouldn’t sense them coming. Cenn breathed heavily, then picked up several of the scattered coins, Pushing them randomly up into the sky. If the assassin attempted to redirect them, he could possibly triangulate his position. But none of the coins deviated from their paths. That is, until one coin, in the palm of a hooded figure behind him, Pushed a coin straight into Cenn’s skull. - - - - - Jonly (The Only Joe) was killed by a koloss horde! He was an unspiked Smoker. Night 6: The Counter-Inquisition (Many thanks to Elbereth for her death write-up.) When one of the servants of Ruin had revealed herself, there was much jubilation throughout all the factions… but some terror as well. How many more of these spiked would we have to find? That next morning, Sandhya dressed for death. She wore a beautiful gown, a deep red one that Thanata used to wear before she got too tall. She automatically slid the dress on, tugging it past the bump on her chest where the spike was, and grabbed a black cloak to go along with it. They thought she was a servant of Ruin? Then she might as well dress the part. She walked out to the town square, where they were waiting for her. Of course they were. "Lady Sandhya," one said. "I do not serve Ruin," she replied. "I believed that Tram served the Inquisitor, and thus he had to die. I am sincerely sorry for that, but I do not regret it." "Sandhya," another said, ignoring her. "Listen to me! The Inquisitor killed my sister. Thanata. Do you really think I would serve my sister's murderer?" "House Venture is dead because of you," someone said. "Yes, because they wished for peace. And that cannot happen, or Ruin will kill us all." "So you killed your own house, your own family." It was necessary, said Thanata, startling Sandhya slightly. "It was necessary," she agreed. "Why would Ruin kill us all if there was peace?" someone else asked with curiosity. "Or rather, why is that any different than us killing each other?" Sandhya stared at them for a moment, frowning. "Well, because... because there's at least a chance this way that some of us will survive." "But Ruin will just kill the victors anyway, won't he? If what you say is true, why wouldn't he have killed us all before we killed his precious Inquisitor?" "Well..." Sandhya couldn't refute their logic. She began shaking her head. "No. I do not serve Ruin. I would never serve Ruin!" No. You would never serve Ruin. But you have no trouble listening to your precious, dear older sister, do you? Thanata said. "No..." Sandhya said, refusing to accept what she already knew. Your precious, dear, dead older sister. You'd do anything for her. "Thanata..." Sandhya whispered, ignoring everyone around her. "No, please, Thanata..." You've forgotten something, Sandhya. How would you have known if Tram were evil? "He would have been..." her hand rose to her chest. "...Spiked. No. No, no, no." Suddenly the spike that she'd nearly forgotten about - how could she have just forgotten about a big piece of metal sticking through her chest - rose back into her awareness. Do you want to know what Thanata really saw when she died, Sandy? Thanata's voice said, words still pleasant and kind just like it was Thanata speaking again. Sandhya shuddered. This was Ruin talking. Ruin, with her sister's voice. "I've been serving Ruin all along..." She saw that you would come into that alley, and she saw that you would become my servant with the power of her blood. That's what haunted her, Sandhya. And she could do nothing to stop it. "No," Sandhya said, as the crowd murmured. "Wait, what?" "What's going on?" "Did she just admit to being Spiked?" "No," Sandhya said more frantically. "I do not serve you! I will not do your will, whatever you try to force me to do." Won't you? Ruin said, sounding amused. You have been doing my will this whole time. You incited the factions to war against each other. They're killing each other without my having to lift a finger. You killed Ri and Ranel. You killed Tram, who killed my Inquisitor. Thank you for that, by the way. And now you've outlived your usefulness, Sandy. Sandhya shuddered again at the kindness in that voice. Your life has come to Ruin, and it is time to be done. Sandhya closed her eyes for a moment and took a deep breath. Then she stood tall and looked at the unfriendly faces around her. "Very well. I am Spiked, and I have unwittingly been serving Ruin. I deserve death for what I have done." And perhaps you will even see Thanata again, Ruin said mockingly. Or, wait. Will that just be me again? You still serve me, Sandhya. You are mine. Sandhya ignored the voice and reached for her sternum. She brushed aside her dress to reveal the spike to the onlookers, who gasped. Then, without giving herself time to think, she began to slowly pull the spike from herself. It hurt, worse than anything she could ever remember, even when she'd Snapped, but she kept pulling and pulling. Even now you do my work, she heard, fainter now. For you distract them even as my true servants wind deeper and deeper into their trust. You shall see many of these faces again soon. All shall come to Ruin. Farewell, Sandhya, and be grateful that you shall not live to see the day when Ruin reigns. Then there was a mocking laugh, and then blessed silence. Finally, she held the full spike in her hands, covered in her own blood (and some of Thanata's too, she was sure). Good thing I wore red, she thought incongruously. Distantly, she heard the spike clatter to the ground as her hands grew too weak to hold it. Before darkness took her, her last thought was, Thanata, I'm coming... - - - - - Sandhya (Elbereth) was lynched! She was a Spiked Smoker from the Venture faction, with a Copper Spike! Day 6: Kolossal Trouble Of course, when the night fell, as it always did, the faction warfare continued… Rima woke to the sounds of loud grunts and screams outside. Rubbing her eyes, Rima Pulled a knife from across her tent into her hand, and stumbled outside. Fires danced across several of the tents as a horde of giant, blue-skinned beasts charged right past Rima. Oh, that’s great. Rima slashed her knife at one of the koloss that charged by, causing it to shriek and stumble to the ground. Several swordsmen quickly overcame their terror and attacked the wounded koloss, severing its enormous head. A few of the koloss that had charged past slowly turned around, faces contorting into something beyond a sneer. They roared, charging back towards Rima and the gathered swordsmen. The swordsmen faltered. Rima pulled a rope from one of the nearby tents and wrapped a knot around the hilt of her knife, making it taut. She then hurled the knife into the air until it wrapped around a wooden archway, standing between her and the koloss. The knife secured itself onto the archway, and Rima Pulled, using one of the tent poles to keep herself stable. The archway quivered, and just as the koloss charged beneath it, it collapsed, hitting several of the koloss square in the head. The fallen archway did little damage to the koloss, but it halted their progress enough for the swordsmen to close in and strike. As soon as those koloss were defeated, more poured in, charging from down the same alleyway. They would not be so easily taken down, with the archway now laying as little but a minor roadblock. Rima Pulled the knife at the end of the rope into her hands, preparing for the attack. She certainly couldn’t manage to kill these koloss, but she could probably flee, if necessary. Rima ran to the side and fled down another passageway, one that would quickly take her out of the encampment. However, blocking the path was a trio of koloss. Rima huffed, then charged at the koloss. Before the koloss could manage to notice her in the darkness, Rima had already thrown out her rope-knife at one of them, striking the koloss in the neck. The koloss roared, but collapsed to the ground. The other two koloss immediately charged at Rima, who Pulled the knife back into her hands. Rima frowned, looking at one of the koloss’s enormous swords. She Pulled on that, making it only barely budge from the koloss’s grip. She pulled harder, and ended up flying towards the koloss. However, she had prepared for this, and struck her knife upwards into the koloss’s head as she collided with it. The koloss immediately fell, but Rima suddenly felt a pain in her legs where she had hit the koloss’s chest. The final koloss seized the opportunity and swiftly brought his blade down, chopping through Rima’s back. - - - - - Rima (Mailliw73) was killed by a koloss horde! She was an unspiked Lurcher. Night 5: Trial and Error In one glorious moment, it seemed that the other factions had made a truce with us, as we collaborated in order to find the servants of Ruin that the Inquisitor had dispersed amongst the factions’ ranks. Of course, we always had the lurking suspicion that an agent of Ruin could be hiding amongst our own ranks… we were too preoccupied with the siege, however, to look for any such saboteurs. Tram entered the emperor’s courtroom with his head held high over the ranks of angry nobles and former skaa that filled the room. He may have been falsely accused of being a servant of Ruin, but arguing or fighting against the crowd would do him no good. He would just have to keep his head up, and withstand the insults hurled at him. To do otherwise would be to justify the accusations levelled at him. Plus, he couldn’t be accused of turning his nose up at them, since he did not have one. “Order!” the young Elend Venture said, standing in front of his seat at the front of the courtroom. “We will have this carried out quickly and efficiently, without any unnecessary squalor.” Elend sat down, eyeing the room, as Tram took a seat in the front row. “The case before us is that of Sart Tram, a member of…” Elend paused for a second, masking a sneer “...Straff Venture’s faction. He has been accused of sedition against his own faction and the empire, as well as being an agent of the Deepness. Sandhya, as the prosecution, you may come forth first and speak.” “Of course, your honor,” Sandhya spoke, a smirk just visible on her face. Sandhya stood, took three measured steps forward, and around to face the aggravated crowd. “I believe that there is little that needs to be said about the suspicion against young Tram here.” Sandhya gestured to Tram, who sat quietly, an eyebrow raised. “I killed that very Steel Inquisitor yesterday with a coin to the chest, something that you all were able to witness this morning. Now--” “Your honor, that simply isn’t true!” Tram interjected, standing up abruptly. Elend put a hand out to silence Tram, and motioned for Sandhya to continue. Sandhya pulled a wooden, bloodstained tablet from under her desk. “This here was also visible at the scene of the crime. A short letter imprinted by the Inquisitor verifying that he had, indeed, successfully taken Tram as his faithful servant. There have already been several of Dominic’s former acquaintances who have verified it to be in the Inquisitor’s handwriting. And, by the Lord Ruler, nobody is able to simply rewrite something on a wooden tablet.” The crowd turned towards Tram, hundreds of pairs of bloodthirsty eyes boring into his head. Elend nodded, then turned to Tram as well. “Very well, Sandhya. Tram, your defense?” Tram stood up, practically shoving his chair back, and spoke directly to Elend. “Your honor, everything Sandhya has said is untrue! She is not even a coinshot! I am, and it was I who killed Dominic last night!” “Aha!” someone shouted from the back of the room. “This man just confessed to a murder! He is a murderer!” “But,” Tram sputtered, “I killed the Steel Inquisitor! That thing is no man, like you or me!” The crowd suddenly became restless, rising to their feet. “Exactly, you aren’t a real man either! You’re one of his henchmen! Trying to make it seem as if it was you who killed him, when you aren’t even a coinshot!” “I am a coinshot!” Tram roared, taking a handful of coins from his pocket and Pushing them towards the crowd. “Order, order!” Elend shouted, but it was too late. The crowd came upon Tram and seized him, before he could even get a second handful of coins out of his pocket. - - - - - Sart Tram (Sart) was lynched! Day 5: Ruined Plans On one night in particular, the assassinations amongst the different factions became so severe that it seemed as if the sky were raining coins. Though, as we would later find out, this was perhaps advantageous to us. The ash fell furiously in the night, and Ranel wasn’t happy about it. He should’ve been off, fighting in the grand siege. But no, he was a Soother, so he had to stay at the rear of the advancing force of men and koloss, attempting to Soothe away their fear and pain. There was no art in what he did. No pride. Once, he would have been ashamed to have resolved himself to take up this position, as a mere morale-booster of his troops. He could be so much more, and Allomancy had little to do with it. He had always been taught that Allomancy did not make a man, no matter its brute power. Allomancy was weak in comparison to the might of the human mind. But it seemed that nobody cared for sharp minds anymore. Several soldiers to the left of his position suddenly fell to the ground, struck by a volley of arrows. Rolling his eyes, Ranel focused his Soothing on those soldiers, taking away their feelings of pain, of terror. The men still reeled from the attack, but soon stood up, defiance in their eyes. “Fall back!” a man on the right flank shouted as a horde of koloss coming from the direction of Luthadel charged in towards the main attacking force. Ranel extended his Soothing towards those koloss, doing little to stop them, but causing a few of them to slow down or briefly glance around, confused. As the arrows continued to rain down, one particularly large arrow sailed through the air at an incredibly steep angle, aimed directly at Ranel’s heart. Ranel could only hear a faint whistling noise as a metal-tipped arrow penetrated the ash and mist and struck Ranel in the heart. - - - - - Ri had no Allomantic powers to call her own, and was perfectly fine with that. In fact, it gave her quite the edge as an informant. She could intercept information or supplies without any Seekers having so much as the slightest clue that anything was happening. She supposed that perhaps being a Tineye could help from time to time, but she felt more satisfaction in doing things herself, without the assistance of any mystical, ancient abilities. This evening, she would be meeting with several of the nobles around Luthadel, hoping to spread some false hope about the ongoing siege, and perhaps get a few more supporters of her faction on the inside. And, of course, pick up a few tidbits of information and some boxings along the way. Ri stood outside the grand Keep Erikeller, waiting for one of the high-ranking noble ladies of House Erikeller to arrive. Well, technically, she wasn’t a member of House Erikeller, but that was a technicality that even most of her fellow House members weren’t aware of. A short noblewoman approached the Keep, and Ri stepped out to greet her. “Ah, Lady Fedra Erikeller! How go things on this fine night?” “Lady Rivalia!” Fedra said, invoking one of Ri’s many aliases. “I love your gown! How do you manage to keep it so pristine on such an ashen night?” “Our house has some of the finest silks imported from the Northern Dominance,” Ri said, lifting the hem of her dress. “We’ve managed to develop several promising cloths that are able to more easily repel the ash.” “Is that so? Well, I must say that I am most impressed. Do remind me to--” A coin struck the back of Lady Fedra’s neck, and she crumpled to the ground. Someone cursed from beyond, and extended their hand out, sending a second coin straight into Ri’s chest. - - - - - The time has come, young apprentice, Ruin voiced in the Inquisitor’s ear. Your final target is almost within sight. The Inquisitor sniffed. “And then I will die?” Unfortunately, Ruin said in his ear. It is a shame, but you will have been a… worthy sacrifice. You must realize that all must eventually wither and die for me to have my way, of course. “Of… course.” Well, you have served me well. You have already provided me four more unwilling recruits, with a fifth on their way. Soon, destruction shall reign, and Ruin shall have its way. They will stand no chance. “As you say.” Shush, Ruin said, though his voice did not sound aggravated. Talk less. Your target is close. I can feel them. The Inquisitor grunted, and a coin struck him, glancing along the side of his face. The Inquisitor roared, a line of red appearing on his cheek. “Dominic?” the attacker questioned. “So it is you who’s been causing all this trouble. Just as I suspected.” Kill them! Ruin shouted, and Dominic obliged, throwing out a handful of coins and Pushing on them with all of his strength at the hooded attacker. The attacker responded by Pushing a coin of their own against the wall of a nearby hovel, altering their trajectory and soaring past the Inquisitor’s coins. The Inquisitor Pushed on the coin that the figure just used, causing the figure to accidentally Push themselves towards the Inquisitor. The Inquisitor immediately Pushed a fistful of coins into the ground, slamming into the attacker in midair, and punching them across the face. The attacker fell towards the ground, but not before taking a coin in each hand, and Pushing on each with as much Allomantic strength they had. One coin struck the ground, slowing their descent, while the other soared upwards, directly into the Inquisitor’s stomach. The Inquisitor’s eyes widened as he tumbled out of the air and crashed through the roof of a building below. Dominic shivered in the demolished room, blood running down his face. “I… I’ve failed you, Ruin.” You don’t say, Ruin said. “I had… the honor to be your obedient servant.” Shut up, you failed me. You’re nothing to me now. You've Ruined this plan. - - - - - Ranel (The Young Bard) was coinshot! He was an unspiked Soother. Ri (Arraenae) was coinshot! She was an unspiked non-Allomancer. Dominic (dowanx) was coinshot! He was the Inquisitor, with a Steel Spike remaining! Day 5 begins now and will end in 46 hours and 48 minutes. Good luck!
