we know the plot fo the nxt trilogy? Where can I get this info?Spook was a reduced-strength Mistborn a la Kelsier and Vin, not a Lerasium-level one a la Elend. So with Elend dead, there are no Lerasium strength allomancers around, and the blood got diluted. Take into account, too, that the classes changed after Harmony – there's more mixing of bloodlines, so the power is being diluted over a larger population.
As for seeing more Mistborn, well... The plot of the next trilogy begins with a allomantic SWAT team called in to deal with a Mistborn serial killer. And there will probably be more Lerasium eventually, so the bloodlines can get re-Invested again.

What is the Sixth of Dusk about?

That would be sweet, a nemesis for wit.

Thanks guys, so i guess the images in the chapter headings were just a coincidence.

Okay so in all the chapter headings they're are faces, I noticed that all the chapters in Way of Kings with the guy wearing a mask over his eyes, have Wit in them, this is also true for Words of Radiance except for The Ghostbloods chapter. I reread it and noticed this paragraph that intrigued me. "He reminded her os someone, a man from her childhood. The messenger with the smiling eyes" thisis refering to when she met Wit, when he turns around she realizes that its not him. Now we know that Wit and Mraize are both worldhoppers, could Mraize be Wit? Does Wit have lightweaving powers? If this has been discussed i appoligize and please redirect me.

For me it was Watership Down i was like twelve or thirteen when i first read it, it really captured my imagination and will always be my first love for books in general.

I'll name a couple that haven't been mentioned. Lirael from the second two Abhorsen books found her more intriguing than Sabrial, Bartimaeus from the Bartimaeus trilogy just love the footnotes which encapsulate his sarcastic attitude, and Derfel from the Warlord chronicles. Total badass.

Has anyone read the Lightbringer series by Brent Weeks? The magic system sounds intriguing thinking of picking it up.

I'd want the Final Empire era.

I'm sorry if there is a thread already, but i did a search and didn't see one. My question is is there an official symbol for each metal? Reason I ask is because i did a google search for Lerasium and got three different looking symbols all saying lerasium. I'm thinking of getting a tattoo of it and want to be certain. Thank you!

I'm a little confused here, in Way of Kings Szeth summons and dismisses his shardblade which we later find out in WoR is an Honourblade, but Taln has his Honourblade with him. My question is how come Talns blade doesn't vanish? Question answered nevermind.

Great point, I never thought much about Kaladin Breating in Stormlight. I think it's just a similarity of the Cosmere though. From what I've read, all forms of Investature are absorbed through the mouth. There's Breath, Stormlight isn't just absorbed into your body, it has to be Breathed in, and metals from Mistborn are eaten.
Even
Lift, who doesn't have to absorb Stormlight directly can only make Stormlight by ingesting food
I wonder if this is going to be more significant in the future, or just a little fun fact and common rule of the Cosmere.
In response to your spoiler, do we know for certain that is the only way she can or the only way she knows?
