I use several prgrams

vase modeling is done in Maya, head sculpt in Zbrush, texture and Shading in Substance Painter, render in Vray and post effects in Photoshop

Oh my gorshness that's a lot programs. Dang I thought you were gonna say like one and maybe sometimes another  Well done for figuring all that out and making this. It looks awesome!
