And the cake tastes fabulous too!
It is three layers of cake. The middle tier is both chocolate and yellow cake, layered on top of each other.
To unite the cake, the chocolate layer has a raspberry filling; the top tier, a lemon filling. Buttercream rings help contain the fillings.
