Could you make a fabrial like yondu's arrow

So split gems can only move forward backward, up and down, and side to side. the bigger gems makes the smaller parts move faster. so could you make a weapon like yondu's arrow.

The arrow from Guardians of the Galaxy, right? He seems to use his mind to control it... I doubt that's possible with fabriels... but there are fabriels that can increase distance traveled by requiring more force to be exerted on their paired gem... so hypothetically you could make a short range "Yandu's Arrow" that you could fly around by just moving a gem in your hand... It would be very difficult to control though. Idk, fabriels are complicated and I'm not sure I understand them as well as I could.

I mean, Navani basically did a very limited version of that with the dagger by accident. I’m sure eventually some form would be possible.
