The title basically says it all. You are part of a organization called the PWCMSS, or the People Who Can Move at the Speed of Snail, or Pukemiss. All three work. There is basically no world building, so go wild. Feel free to have any type of character, good or bad, smart or stupid, expert or amateur. Pukemiss has them all. Examples of moving at the Speed of Snail include: Not dying because the wound doesn't effect you, being unable to be moved because you move so slow, flying off of the face of the earth because it moves way faster than you, if you can see it as a power, go ahead and use it, science doesn't matter. Have fun.

Snorfalafeynorigondalin, or Snorf for short, grabbed the cords that,  when plugged together, would reverse his power and make everyone in the world move at the Speed of Snail, except Snorf, of course. He glanced at his clock's second hand to make sure it was working. It was, so Snorf plugged the cords together. He once again looked at the second hand, it wasn't moving! At long last, Snorf had done it, but then, he heard a knock on his door. Impossible, Snorf had frozen time. Angrily, he yanked open the door. Janice was there. "Sir," she said, "the power went out." Snorf froze, that was what had stopped the clock? He groaned.

She needed to hide. She was breathing too loud and too fast. They would hear her breathing. If she could only quiet her breath, they wouldn't find her here. She needed to quiet her breath!
