My Multiverse of Dimensions and more dimensions, and loads of magic.

so thought any book I think of or start I thread an ongoing magic system, which includes, 

• Dimensions, with endings, big and small, say a city size floating island sounded with a forcefield.
• another thing is I kind of add mythology throughout it like medusa, Thor, and Loki.
• also I include magic gems that allow travel through said dimensions.
• as well as that I have more magic, for each dimension.
• and finally rules for said dimensions, the less magic they have the more technology they include.

okay, so should I keep this in my current book? I kind of replaced the magic gems, but you get the gist, right?

kind of, so the mythology and gems are mostly out, but they will still be in just less how I used to have them and more Long gone. dimensions are fully still in though.
