Internet dating (advice needed)

Hi guys. I've recently downloaded an app (... three apps ...) for internet dating, and I've gotten some mixed feelings about it so far. If anyone else here is using internet dating, or has used it, what were your experiences with it, both good and bad? There is more I want to say about this, but I'm still feeling very nervous about this right now, so maybe I'll elaborate on my questions and my situation - which is important to understand my hesitation - later, but for now, could you share your experiences?
