Can those with Breaths hear the Rhythms?

Pretty simple, do we know if those with enough breaths would be able to hear the Rhythms on Roshar?

Brandon has described the Rhythms on occasion as something coming from the Spiritual Realm that the listeners are sensing (and which A-Bronze could also pick up and Connection-manipulation could interpret) so I think that if you had a lot of Investiture in your soul you might be able to pick up on them due to how you're kind of a mini-Perpendicularity. Susebron for instance had some sense for the other Realms based on his dialogue, but we're talking lots and lots of Breath there,

Rysn gets enhanced senses very similar to the Third Heightening and per Brandon this is because of how the Investiture is part of her and something similar would happen with any Investiture mixing with your soul in a similar way. While she has a greatly increased appreciation for color and sound, we don't see anything from her thoughts about suddenly hearing music (contrast Rock in Oathbringer who appears to be able to dimly perceive them at times) so the jury's out on the question of whether that Investiture boost is enough to hear the Rhythms or not.

Maybe another related question would be, would someone with the Second Heightening or further, which grants perfect pitch, be better able to pick up on the Rhythms - if not to hear or attune to them innately, at least to be able to recognize and duplicate what a listener tells them is a given Rhythm ("ah, this is Amusement, I can do that").

Then again, rhythm is not melody. Maybe you need a higher Heightening for Perfect Rhythm, haha.
