I know nightblood is extremely hard to be pushed, but because it is sentient is it possible to push or pull nightbloods emotions?

I don’t think Nightblood would be classified as alive. I know Kandra aren’t and never were human, and can be influenced, but I think that the are living beings. (They grow, can reproduce like humans (I think), breathe) but nightblood is a disembodied mind in a sword. I ddon’t think it would be possible.

By the way, when you said “hard to be pushed,” you meant steel, correct?

I disagree strongly (no offense).

Pushing and pulling is about sentience. Purely about the mind. Anything with one can be manipulated. With that much investiture, it's near impossible, but it could be done.

I don't have the precise wob, but I know it well cause a friend asked in response to a debate between me and another, here's the gist:

Quote

Kidpen: Could a chalklings emotions be manipulated with allomancy?

Brandon Sanderson: Yes, they are at least semi-sentient, and could be manipulated.

It seems quite unlikely that there is any major distinction between nightblood and a chalkling in ability to be manipulated other then massive investiture. If anything, he would be easier, due to his more human mind. (though actually that raises a whole other question of which is easier to manipulate, sentient or non-sentient beings...)

Anway, Egg, hope that answers your question!

Just in general because nightblood is just so full of investiture that Its hard to put any more in it
