release questions.

Do we know if Brandon will do the chapter release thing like he does for the bigger SL achieve books for dawnshard or is he just going to release the prologue? And I haven't been able to find a release date for the people who got it on kikstarter (I did and am curious if we have that info yet or if it will be forth coming in emails).

I sort of doubt it'll be a chapter-by-chapter basis. Dawnshard is supposedly pretty short, and there's already a crunch involved if he wants it out by mid-October; there's no exact release date since he's still writing it, but that's the estimated time. However, if they needed to push it to the week before Rhythm of War, I don't know anyone who would complain. Overall there's just no time for a sort of weekly release, and the size seems to be too small to really encourage it. The Prologue and maybe one chapter is the best we can hope for.

He may release another chapter or two as a sample, but I don't think they have a planned thing like with RoW. We're supposed to get the ebook for Dawnshard before RoW, but that still depends on Brandon getting it completed in a timely fashion. He's usually good at sticking to a schedule but he's not perfect. I don't recall there being any pre-release sample chapters for Edgedancer, but I wasn't really looking for them at the time.

The time between when he needs to finish his first draft (this month) and when he says he wants it released (October) is so short I don't think they'll have time to release much.
