Yes. As far as we know every kind of filled metal mind is invested and will show the classical signs of being hard to push or pull (of cause aluminium is hard to prove that way)

Kind of.  Both are investiture but they do different things so they are different(although probably less dissimilar then investiture from different shards).  Also, Welcome to the shard!

As far as I understand it, the investiture in a nicrosil mind is non-specialized, so it can be tapped to fuel any form of magic (and I believe that if it is unsealed then anyone can tap it). A pewtermind however is filled with strength investiture and if sealed can only be tapped by the person who filled it for the purpose of becoming stronger.
