My Stormlight FanFic sample, tips requested

So I am writing a Stormlight fanfic and I wanted help on a scene where an enemy Shardbearer is attacking the army. The scene is from the perspective of a squadleader (the rank that Kaladin was just above when he killed a Shardbearer) and I wanted help with writing battle scenes in general. I gave it my best shot but I appreciate any tips! Note: This is chapter 5 of the fanfic

Also I would appreciate and typos/grammatical errors spotted. I noticed one while getting the link ready, so I bet there's more!
