Sorry Yes Feruchemist can access all metals. due to all the Feruchemist from Era1 being killed and the rest of the Terris people interbreeding with the Skaa only Ferrings exist now. Brandon has said that there is a way to become a full Feruchemist without the need for Hemalurgy or being born one.
