Popular Post fastlindyrick he/him Posted May 26, 2014 Popular Post Posted May 26, 2014 Hey everybody, I've posted another lego gallery, this time featuring part 1 of Words (through the first set of interludes). Minor spoilers, but I made sure not to include any references to anything past that point in the book. The link is https://www.facebook.com/media/set/?set=a.10204046680875374.1073741833.1474667500&type=1&l=f1ba0bd743 . Many thanks to Peter Ahlstrom for granting permission on behalf of Brandon/Dragonsteel to use copyrighted images from the book's interior. Feedback is welcome. 42
king of nowhere Posted May 26, 2014 Posted May 26, 2014 took me a while to figured out what all the images were, but once i got the knack (my main problem was that i mistook the plateaus for buildings and the chasms for alleys) it was surprisingly detailed. you definitely earned your upvote. 1
ccstat he/him Posted May 26, 2014 Posted May 26, 2014 Wow, those are incredible! Love the detail. My favorites are the chouta, the image of Roshar in the hall of art, and the underwater creatures. The depiction of Shadesmar and the chasm flora are also incredible. You've put a lot of work into those! 1
bookspren Posted May 27, 2014 Posted May 27, 2014 Incredible! I had to laugh at Lopen stuck to the wall. How did you get the pieces with Alethi writing or the tattoos on them? 2
fastlindyrick he/him Posted May 27, 2014 Author Posted May 27, 2014 (edited) I used waterslide decals to make the tattoos and such. I downloaded and cropped the images then resized them to fit on the minifigs. I did the writing letter by letter using harakeke's translation of the script. Edited May 27, 2014 by fastlindyrick 5

Terisen he/him Posted May 27, 2014 Posted May 27, 2014 Let's see...feedback.... The Santhid is awesome. Pattern in Shadesmar is genius. The little details in the large scenes is spectacular. How's that? Well done. So much win in these pictures. 1
Fatebreaker he/him Posted August 22, 2014 Posted August 22, 2014 And I thought I was a decent Lego builder... 1
