I love fantasy and have read Brandon's Mistborn series and the Stormlight Archive books. I like to find interesting philosophical and moral questions that appear in the stories and discuss how they apply to our own time and age. (I don't think that any of the below will really spoil anything, but I'm going to hide it anyway.) Spoiler For example, Kaladin's "can you kill to protect?" bit, or the questions about free will and divine intervention that appear in Wax and Wayne.
