War of the Stick

"Jameson," The Emperor Stick asked. "What's our next plan of attack?"

The ancient lord stick shortwood convened the holy counsel of the pious sticks on behalf of the great stick church.  Together they gathered their allies and planned their attack against their foes knowing that many monsters gathered to the side of the heretic.

"Well, your majesty, we are waiting for the Butt Venture Fan Club to flank the unfaithful ones and capture their leaders"

Dii speaks to all to convince them to have a peaceful solution

The faithful forces of Stick arrayed themselves for battle readying their weapons and making sure to cast fear from their hearts.  Long would the poets sing of this great moment as these faithful sticks readied themselves for battle.  The sticks knew that unity of action was their only chance so they had deciding on the old bent one as the leader of their war counsel and general of their united armies.  The bent one had during his youth been struck such a blow by an outlaw that all thought he would die but the power of the stick flowed through him and made him hole enough to continue in his life as one.   On this great day the high priest of the sticks blessed him and the power within him grew ever firmer.

Twig leafblessed looked up, his green eyes meeting the cold hard gaze of Moak. "While holding leaflight" he gasped "you can survive almost anything." Suddenly, the back half of twig leafblessed began to move. It was leafblessed's honor worm, faithfully pulling his back half towards him. in a flash of leaflight, twig leafblessed was healed. "Stop this madness Moak." he said, an angry gleam in his eye "surely you, of all people can see the importance of overthrowing this oppressive regime of emperor stick!"

"I am no stick" said Moak "I... am FIRE!!!"

And suddenly, branch Moak burst into flames
