Hello everyone,

last year a benevolent fantasyspren brought me to SA and as there was always another story I hopped along the cosmere with eyes wide open. (Eyes can not be open enough as I discover still new connections.) More Sanderson was required, so: Skyward was fun and Legion - amazing.

Currently I'm into my first reread of SA (finished WOR) taking notes as recommended by Jasnah herself: One notebook for everything that seems noteworthy and a second with the notes that seem really important. So I'm on my way to scholarship. Finally - neither school nor university could implement that habit so far ;-D

Order: Edgedancer

I live in Europe and look forward to meet Sanderson himself one day in a bookstore not too far away. Hopefully with a good question at hand ;-)

Elhokar catching glimpses of Cryptics watching him in mirrors and out of the corners of his eyes, which fueled his paranoia. I just was floored at how cleverly it was all done, so sneaky!

I myself have met Sanderson once at a book signing, and I regret to say that my conversation with him had the topic of the "risque" (his words.) outfit on one of the female Heralds on the inside cover of Oathbringer. (Make no mistake, I still love his books, even if my conversation with him was... unanticipated.:)

All in WOK and related to Shallan in Karbranth:

1. Shallan begins to summon her shardblade unconciously when Jasnah killed the thugs. 
2. When Shallan - alone in her room in Karbranth, surrounded by Cryptics - soulcasted without a Soulcaster. I read that part and thought "wait... WHAT?", read it a second time "woooow!" :-D 

WOR:

1. The way the Listeners grow food by enhancing metabolism with stormlight. 
2. The references to the Unmades (e.g. by Taravangian, Adrotagia). I totally missed that during the fist time (listening to the audiobooks).

Magic system... I think Stormlight. And the kind they use on Taldain.

Allomancy, Ferruchemy, Hemalurgy, Breath - I guess I'll need to go to the Cosmere University first to totally understand these systems ;-)

:-D I thought that the outfit didn't really fit regarding the other depictions. Maybe someone was taken by fantasy ;-)
