It occurred to me that if in Shadesmar, the oceans are landmasses, then it might be possible to walk to the Origin in Shadesmar. Probably with all sorts of attendant travails but still...

Theoretically, I suppose. I get the feeling you'd have some major issues somewhere along the line, though, especially from the Amians that are presumably guarding on both Physical and Cognitive planes, not to mention any other potential guards set up.
