Protecting the one who killed your promises

It sounded like it was referring to Moash and Elhokar.

All is withdrawn for me. I stand against the one who saved my life. I protect the one who killed my promises. I raise my hand. The storm responds.

Moash saved Kaladin's life. Elhokar killed his promises. He raises his hand and claims his status as Windrunner, and forms the SylBlade. So I guess you could loosely compare it to Kaladin's third Ideal?

When did Moash save Kaladin's life? Is it something that happened directly or indirectly?

After Dunny's death. Kaladin tried to get to the bridge to heal him, and moash tackled him to the ground just before he was crushed by a cavalry charge.
