Mac continued to address Dusk as if the conversation with the side table wasn't happening. "Hmmm. I could see that. But something tells me that the collapse of a major guild would cause more problems then it solves. A civil war among assassins can have a lot of side effects. Shouldn't we try to keep them together of we are going to act for the greater good?"

Mack looked at the poor girl. He pulled out a metal sheet with an Aon on it. "This might help, I will need to place it on you and touch the symbol for it to work, is that alright?"

EDIT: I feel like us unintentionally ninjaing each other is causing more anxiety for poor Mercy.

EDIT 2: The Aons are Aon Omi in case anyone was wondering.

Dwig's overarmor retracted, leaving him is his normal power armor. He was now a bit taller than Mack. He pulled out a chair and sat down, sighing.

Mack placed the metal plate on Melody's arm and pressed the Aon Omi on it. Immediately it began to glow a pure white light that made everyone feel a strong sense of peace.

"There, isn't that better?"

Mac groaned when he saw the white light. Dang Aon Omi. Making it difficult to hate people. He pulled out a spike and stabbed himself in the leg,causing him to shrink a little. He then stood in Dusk's shadow so the light wouldn't touch him, and thus his emotions.

A Koloss wandered out of his party. He was a runt, and made fun of or it, so he almost fit in. He was just a few feet taller than most. And a lot wider, and his skin was blue, and he had a giant sword on his back. But for the most part. He lumbered up behind Melody. "HI!" His voice echoed around the cavern. THe crowd went quiet, turning towards him. "SORRY!"

"Ow?" Dwig said, more suprised than hurt. "Whatcha do that for. You trying to piss me off?" he didn't really feel like grabbing the man and tossing him accross the room. Must be Mack's Aon at work.

Zack felt like a normal human being. He pulled out another mug and smashed it over his head again.

"He definitely is. He's my cousin, and he will fight anyone. So, can you take me up on that drink?" Walker said to Melody.

Mack breathed a sigh of relief. He wasn't sure if it was that talking to an Epic made him nervous, or that he was happy that Melody wasn't anxious, but it didn't matter. It had worked! Last time he tried that he pulled out the wrong card and blew up the room!.

"That's good. So, what were we talking about? The alleyverse. That's right. Did my brief explanation help?"

“Yes it did, thank you, and I would love to a drink.” I say, standing up.

Mack stopped grinning. "Wait, I have a very important question. Do you like Eggnog?"

I guess the Koloss is just being ignored then.

The Koloss raised his hands. "I LIKE EGGNOG!" The crowd continued to stare at him.

"Hey Zack! Beer?" Walker said.

"Sure," Zack said, before pulling out pair of cold beers and tossing them over. He then gave Mack a bottle of hard eggnog. Walker gave Melody an open beer and held his in his off hand.

Mack relaxed, "Ok you are not a heretic." Turning to walker he said "Thanks for the Nog, but I have my own special mixture. Also, I don't drink alcohol."

He pulled out an aluminum flask and his Aon wand. Spinning a few segments, his configured the Aons to run a special program. One that had taken years to perfect. One that was possibly the most important Aon program ever. One that turned the Dor into Eggnog. 

He pressed the Aon and the silvery wand shone with light as the milky liquid filled the flask. When it was full, he took a long drink. 

"Perfection."

"You know I have about a hundred different types of infinite eggnog mugs, right?" Dusk said to Mack.

"So, what brought you to out humble planet, Melody?" Wakler said.

Melody takes the beer and takes a sip. “So is anyone going to do anything about that Koloss over there?”

Dwig stood up, chair shooting backwards. He raised his eyebrow at Walker. "What? You trying to bait me into fighting this jerk? Fine, you wanna show, here's the best one in town."

Dwig tapped speed, catching Zack's arm before it could hit hm.

Looking at Dusk, he said "Also, no offense to you, but last time I was at a party it was bombarded with meteors, and the cake was poison. I'm going to stick to my own food for now, I've lived nearly 500 years, I don't want to mess it up now." Glancing behind him at the Koloss. "Probably not. It is Koloss head munching day after all. Let them have their fun."

Mack reached over and tapped the Aon Omi on Melody's arm, seeing if it could get any brighter.
