Silva Posted December 21, 2018 Posted December 21, 2018 Pry sighed and stuffed back the Alleyverse's actual best looking dress back into her bag. She had planned on throwing it, but she'd let the GBs get this victory. Where would she have changed anyways? Instead she tossed them a certificate for a free meal at DIDGERIDOO that was folded into a paper airplane. "It's on TUBA," she called, starting to wander off again. "Enjoy yourselves! Don't die!"
Darth Woodrack he/him Posted December 21, 2018 Author Posted December 21, 2018 Walker caught it before they left. Because Alleyneuty.

Karnatheon he/him Posted December 21, 2018 Posted December 21, 2018 "Well, that was certainly interesting. Glad those two got out of here so we can all focus on something other than trying to force two strangers to get together." said a man who had gone unnoticed up to this point. "This is supposed to be a party, right? Who's up for a game? Anyone? I've got some great board games in my bag here if anyone is interested. Otherwise we could go with something less structured, if anyone has any suggestions?" The man stood up from his chair, and refilled his drink at the bunch bar before returning to his seat.
Silva Posted December 21, 2018 Posted December 21, 2018 "No board games please or anything with too much structure," Pry said when he returned. She'd decided to stick around in the end and see where things went. Nothing seemed particularly dangerous. Yet.
Karnatheon he/him Posted December 21, 2018 Posted December 21, 2018 "Sure! Dice games are always fun. What were you thinking?" the man asked as he pulled out a large bag and spilled it's contents onto the table. "I've got anything from D3's to D100's. People usually decide to play with D6's for some reason." As he said this he pulled a six-sided die from amongst them, and stared at it. As if trying to learn it's secrets.

+Ark1002 Posted December 21, 2018 Posted December 21, 2018 The Koloss raised his hand. "I LIKE D1000S!"
Lunar Blessing she/her Posted December 21, 2018 Posted December 21, 2018 Quote I’ve never rolled a d100, I’ve had a d30 thrown at me!
Karnatheon he/him Posted December 21, 2018 Posted December 21, 2018 "Oh hush, you! Everyone knows that the only company to produce D1000's went bankrupt before their test run got completed. I tried to acquire some, but the owners confiscated all the ones on the market." The man slumped down in his seat, looking upset.
+Ark1002 Posted December 21, 2018 Posted December 21, 2018 The Koloss lightly patted him on the back, throwing him forward a foot. "If you want, I could give you mine." He pulled it out of a hip pouch. "I found it in a gutter."
Karnatheon he/him Posted December 21, 2018 Posted December 21, 2018 The man recovered, then turned to the Koloss with a shocked expression. "You have a D1000? I never thought I would live to see one! What do you want for it? That die is all I need to complete my collection!"
Darth Woodrack he/him Posted December 21, 2018 Author Posted December 21, 2018 “I have a D1,000,000,000,000,000. It’s the size of a boulder, and I keep it in my basement. I only bring it out on special occasions,” said Dusk.
+Ark1002 Posted December 21, 2018 Posted December 21, 2018 Quote Woodrack, it's kinda obnoxious that you just make DUsk have whatever you want, can you please stop? The Koloss smiled. "I just want a friend, and a ride out." He handed the die to the man. "What's your name?"
Darth Woodrack he/him Posted December 21, 2018 Author Posted December 21, 2018 Quote Ummm, you have 5 cults.
Karnatheon he/him Posted December 21, 2018 Posted December 21, 2018 The man took the die that was handed to him reverently. He looked at it, a look of wonder in his eyes. Tearing up a little, he looked at the Koloss. "I'm Josh, and what's your name? I'd be more than happy to give you a ride, though I'll admit I don't know my way around here very well."
+Ark1002 Posted December 21, 2018 Posted December 21, 2018 Quote I mean, we have a situation, and Dusk has the thing already. 28 minutes ago, Darth Woodrack said: Ummm, you have 5 cults. 6. One's dead. The Koloss thought, his eyes going far away. To some vague memory of... before. "Cookie. My mommy called my Cookie." He shook his head, confused. The Koloss didn't know where the thought had come from. He turned, looking at Josh. He gave the man a bear hug.
Karnatheon he/him Posted December 21, 2018 Posted December 21, 2018 Josh received the hug happily. He squeezed back as well as he could. He was a large man himself, standing about 6' 3", but he was obviously dwarfed by the Koloss. "Well Cookie, it's a pleasure to make your acquaintance. Where are we headed?"
+Ark1002 Posted December 21, 2018 Posted December 21, 2018 Quote I'm not sure how this happened, but it's really fun. He smiled. "I wanna visit somewhere far away. I've always wanted to go somewhere else. Could you take me to the docks so I could go visit there?"
old man moomba he/him Posted December 21, 2018 Posted December 21, 2018 Quote Alleyharbor shenanigans. Lets go!
Karnatheon he/him Posted December 21, 2018 Posted December 21, 2018 "Sure, that sounds nice. Just kind of get away from it all. Follow me." Josh said this, then scooped all his dice up off the table, putting them in his bag. He put the D1000 in a special place though, in his shirt pocket, near his heart. He then gestured for Cookie to follow him, and headed for the door.
+Ark1002 Posted December 21, 2018 Posted December 21, 2018 Cookie the Koloss smiled, following him joyfully. "Sure, friend!"
Karnatheon he/him Posted December 21, 2018 Posted December 21, 2018 Walking outside of the building, Josh called for the valet, and asked him to bring his vehicle around. "I didn't plan on having a Koloss accompany me, so it may be a tight fit, but hopefully it will work out." After saying this Josh watched as his truck pulled around. It wasn't anything special, thought the more interesting part was how he had managed to get it here from Earth. He walked over to it, and took the keys from the valet, handing him a tip. "Why don't you hop in back? It should be able to hold your weight, and there's more space there. I can open the rear window so we can talk on the way there." Hopping inside, Josh started the car, and opened the window in the back of the cab, so he could still talk to Cookie.
