Kobold King
I'm a huge fan of the Teen Titans semi-anime, but I have not read the comics nor seen the newer show. I refer to my little sister as "Kitten" on a regular basis.

I refer to my little sister as "Kitten" on a regular basis. I also refer to my brother as beast boy The comics that are also called teen titans go, have more characters than the original series and more stories with it. It's a good comic
The Question
I'm not a fan of the Teen TItans semi-anime... or anime period, actually. However, I'm a HUGE fan of comic books! The New Teen Titans by Marv Wolfman and George Perez is excellent. It begins with the formation of the team because Raven contacts them all telepathically to warn them of great evil coming. This is taken care of in the first issue. We meet Deathsroke (Slade) in the second and it keeps getting better from there. It quickly establishes Brother Blood and HIVE as the main antagonists, with Deathstroke showing up sporadically to fight them. I don't know if these are currently available in trade format, but if they are I recommend them. Read through "Judas Contract." It's the highlight of the series. Also good is the series written by Geoff Johns that started around 2003. It features many of the classic Titans and some of the younger generation of superheroes, such as Superboy, a new Kid Flash, and a different Robin. I really enjoyed this series as well.

I actually went to the library recently and found a couple of teen titans comics. I read some of the ones made in 2003 online. Have you ever read the teen titans comics: a kids game, terra incognito, or family lost?
