Please excuse spelling I’m re-listening to the audiobook and don’t have the physical copy at hand. Also is anything known about which Unmade is not discussed? Edit* so as not to create a redundant post, as I’m sure this has been discussed before, if someone could point me in the direction of a discussion on the third Siblind being Urithiru itself... But it did provide many of the things that made it livable in the tower via the fabrial column that Shallan discovered where the Midnight Mother was. There;s a fair amount of discussion here: and some of the things in the books support that the Sibling retreating was what forced the Radiants to leave.
