Roshar's Favourite TV Show

I was just stuck on Roshar for an extended period of time. It was pretty awesome, except for how they only have a single TV Show. When I was out and about it was amazing to see the sights, but when the Roshars wanted to watch TV (which they did all the time), I had to watch the same episodes over and over again. I got the theme song stuck in my head, so I thought I'd share it with you guys now that I'm home.

 

Now, this is a story all about how

My life got flipped-turned upside down

And I liked to take a heartbeat

Just sit right there

I'll tell you how I became Highprince of a town called Herdaz

In west Marabethia born and raised

On pedestals was where I spent most of my days

Throwin' fruit maxin' debatin' all cool

And all shootin some good points outside of the school

When a couple of guys

With eyes of red and blue

Startin makin some trouble for me and you

I got in one lil duel and my mom got razzed

She said 'You're movin' with your auntie and uncle in Herdaz'

I begged and pleaded with her day after day

But she packed my suite case and send me on my way

She gave me a kiss and then she gave me my ticket.

I put my Shardplate on and said, 'I might as well kick it'.

First class, yo this is bad

Drinking orange wine out of a violet glass.

Is this what the people of Herdaz living like?

Hmmmmm this might be alright.

But wait I hear the pricey booze, wine so dull

Is Herdaz the type of place they send this cool chull?

I don't think so

I'll see when I get there

I hope they prepare for the Highprince of Herdaz

Well, the ship landed and when I came out

There was a dude who looked Lighteyes and yelled my name out

I ain't trying to get arrested

I just got here

I sprang with the quickness like lightning, disappeared

I whistled for axehounds and when it came near

The glyphs on it said fresh and it had spren in the mirror

If anything I can say this cab had pizzaz

But I thought 'Now forget it' - 'Yo homes to Herdaz'

I pulled up to the house about 7 or 8

And I yelled to the cabbie 'Yo homes smell ya later'

I looked at my kingdom

I had all the snazz

To sit on my throne as Highprince of Herdaz.

The moral of the story is, if you like TV head to Scadrial instead of Roshar.

He did say that he's doing a short story about how Lopen became the King of Alethkar...
