Entering the Spiritual Realm?

Is there a mechanism for entering the spiritual realm in an analogous manner to the transition from physical realm to cognitive realm? The actions of a certain shard in the Selish system seem to indicate it is possible/feasible to EXIT the spiritual realm, but is it feasible to go the other way? Could a person (or shardic vessel) use the spiritual realm to go from Silverlight to Elendel, or from the Horneater Peaks (Cultivation’s Perpendicularity) to Elantris’s Shardpool?

Considering Aon Tia and The Oathgates yes. 

The Spiritual Realm being used to "fold space" is really the only feasible realmatic explanation for teleportation. 

As far as just entering the spiritual realm... That's what Elend kind of did with Atium and duralumin.

No no no... For instance, Elend burning atium and duralumin pulled most of him into the Spiritual Realm.

Yeah. He kind of got yanked into- You also have seen people Ascend with the powers and dip into the Spiritual Realm for a little bit.

Yeah. But they could be on both, or either, or both at the same time. But you have seen Vin stick into the Spiritual Realm. And it happened to Sazed/Harmony...

Most of the bulk of the Shard's energy of being is contained in the Spiritual Realm, yes. Except for one notable exception!

In addition to it being the only way to Realmatically explain teleportation powers, we have a WoB (which includes Oathbringer spoilers) that it's indeed possible to use the Spiritual Realm for travel between points in Physical space.
