Could Calamity be a version of a low level shard from a different cosmere?

I know that Reckoners aren't cosmere, but what if in a different world Calamity is a low level shard. It could be that that worlds version of Odium won and started giving the shards of the other gods to beings like calamity.  It would make since, though that could be something he might not of intended, but might later be incorporated,

Maybe more like splinter like Stormfather or if ever Everstorm was a splinter of Odium ?

Yeah, you can try to map Rithmatist metaphysics to the Cosmere because it was originally conceived as a Cosmere work and so it has some clear parallels but Reckoners doesn't share that and so trying to link the two isn't going to go anywhere. And then you remember that Reckoners metaphysics includes a multiverse with something like half a dozen known alternate universes and the implication of many more and you can see why trying to work this into the context of a Cosmere discussion will go nowhere fast.

It hasn't been explicitly stated that It isn't a cosmere it is just stated that it isn't the cosmere.

Brandon does not want any version of Earth in the Cosmere, not even a very alternate-universe one like Rithmatist. By extension that means no Earth in any crazy alternate-universe Cosmere either.
