Naermen collapsed, Soul having slammed into her. She groaned, watching Soul zip by. He must have Gravitation as well!

"Two," Naermen thought, "can play this game,"

She had not touched Roshar's magic yet, so she absorbed the stormlight protected in her pockets feeling a brief tinge of pain as the stormlight seeped into her. She steadied herself, then altered her Gravitational pull, falling alongside the now vertical floor of the arena, falling after Soul.

After Naermen added another Lashing, she caught up to Soul quickly, pulling out an obsidian dagger from Scadrial and thrusting it at Soul.

You keep messing up my plan Gancho! How rude of you to want to stay alive.

Soul looked back and saw Naermen thrusting a dagger at him. Burning aluminum he suddenly lost speed and was able to avoid the worst of the dagger strike, but a long thin cut appeared on his side.

“Rusts, the plan isn’t working! Put it on hold El, I’m going to try something else. Stay there for now.” Soul spoke telepathically to Elefthera. Pulling out his remaining sword he faced Naermen, ready for whatever she tried next. As he did so, thick trees sprung from the ground hiding the opponents from each other. Soul grabbed the branch of one as it reached skyward and was carried to the top.

“Alright, plan is officially a bust.” Stretching for this hand a silvery thin blade appeared in his hand. With this sword, he needed something other then his aluminum blade. So he replaced his sword with a small knife.

Attached for reference.

Getting stabbed with this would do lots of damage.

Nice Jagdkommando tri-dagger.

Also, arena 8 is changing to a blizzard, snowy terrain that is hard to move in, it's cold, and it's rocky.

Sorry for the triple post, but nobody is doing anything, so... oh well.

@Gancho Libre has until Monday the 16th of July to make his move. Normally, it would be a much shorter time but I am going to Lake Powell till Monday, so I can't Shard until then.

Naermen gawked at the trees that had randomly sprung up. For a second. Now was not the time for gawking.

Naermen pulled out her Bestower's Lens, her favorites, and moved in the trees until she had a glimpse of Soul.

"This," Naermen thought, "Is going to hurt,"

Looking directly at Soul'd moving form, Naermen exhaled. And punched herself in the face, transferring the pain to Soul. It was a small act, but Naermen had to use each power.

Soul felt a sharp blow to his face. Staggering in the tree he looked around and saw Naermen. Smiling he lashed himself directly towards her and swung his Shardblade directly at her head while simultaneously stabbing his knife towards her stomach.

Naermen saw the weapons advancing towards her, and tried to lash herself out of the way. But she couldn;t

She had already used that power.

Far faster than she herself could follow, she whipped out a stick of chalk and scratched a line down the back of her hand, creating a Rithmatic Lin of Forbiddance.

She brought it up, slapping aside the Shardblade with an invisible wall.

Then the knife hit, stabbing into her stomach.

She grunted, the pain unbearable. But not as unbearable as that time when she used the power of ChayShan to slam her face into a solid forcefield made completely of investiture.

That had been stupid.

With one hand, she rapidly drew a tiny version of Aon Eon, the one Aon she had mastered for... personal reasons. Her head cleared slightly.

Then, she burned Iron, and drew in the memory of the fight into her coppermind to scratch her feruchemy off the list.

Blue lines appeared everywhere. Including one at Soul's belt.

Another knife.

Naermen pulled at it frantically, in her pain, but clear-minded, and once it was in hand she stabbed it back toward Soul's right shoulder.

As Sou’s knife stabbed Naermen his Shardblade bounce away from her. Letting go of both the blade and his knife, leaving it imbedded in her stomach, his Shardblade formed into a short sword in his other hand and whipped it towards Naerman’s leg.

Soul grunted as his own knife was plunged into his shoulder, he was losing blood fast as numerous cuts and scrapes covered his body.
