For the language barrier sure... But they're speech would still be accented and it would give them no knowledge of the culture. But that in itself gives the Scadrian's another advantage in espionage... Well except getting close enough to hear anything useful may be difficult as they'd all look "Shin" which would quickly be associated with the foreigners... Edited June 7, 2018 by Calderis
