CoC: Devaan vs Kain

Kain looks at Devaan and smiles. "There's only one way to finish this than" he says "Good game" A glistening shardblade appears in Kains hand. He than takes it, and stabs it through his own chest.

No problem. So how's the duel look?

 

[Nohadon he/him]

"you rusting git!" Devaan shouts as he sees the blade form. He grits his teeth as he draws the three cards he top decked earlier. He can't stop it, it's too late for that, but he taps all three of the cards he drew simultaneously, summoning sethramir and breaking the soul bond just before the blade pierces Kain's heart. The wound stopping just before it reaches Devaan's heart.

Devaan collapses, just barely conscious, the immortality zone of the duel would keep Kain from dying and Devaan from sustaining permanent damage but rust and ruin it hurt!

He hears through the haze of pain "the winner is: DEVAAN!". He raises his arm in a thumbs up before sinking into unconciousness

Kain, seeing as he's pretty much immortal until the bubble breaks, stands up, walks over to Devaan and helps him up. 

"Could we get a truthwatcher or something to heal us? Cause I would rather not die." 

[Kidpen he/him]

A truthwatcher comes over and heals them.

[Nohadon he/him]

After the truthwatcher healed him, Devaan stood up, dusted himself off and looked around at the crowd. His first proper win in a duel. He smiled at the crowd, drew a card, and teleported away, aon-tia flashing in the air.
