Mad_Scientist
So, I'm in the middle of reading Way of Kings again. This time, I'm, using the mass market paperback instead of the hardback (which I had borrowed from my brother-in-law to read the first time). And I decided I wanted to check out the Shadesmaer illustration. I couldn't find it. It's not at either the front or the back, and oddly enough, it's not even listed on the list of illustrations at the front of the book. Was it intentionally removed from the paperback for some reason? If so, why?

Was it intentionally removed from the paperback for some reason? If so, why? Probably because both the full-color bookends simply can't be replicated in the paperback form.
