Jondesu Posted January 23, 2018 Report Share Posted January 23, 2018 I’ve been designing shirts, bags, etc, for a little while, and I’ve stayed away from anything that might risk a copyright issue, but I wanted to feel this one out. While I obviously wouldn’t steal any of Brandon and Co’s artwork or names/quotes, how much freedom would I have to reference things from the books? Bridge Four? (Short phrase, maybe not copyrightable) I need some chouta? (No idea where the rules would fall on this, or whether it would be a compliment or a slap at Brandon, in his mind and to others.) Where do you want to visit today? Roshar? Narnia? Scadrial? Numenor?
