It's a twitter created widget, so honestly, it's on Twitter's end. But I suspect something is wrong with your setup somehow, as it loads on everything I have access to, which is a lot. Details? OS, Browser, browser extensions?

Firefox Quantum, Samsung Tabpro, Windows 10, and I use Ublock Origin. I turned it off and reloaded the page, still nothing.

I'll try and test and see if I can't fix, but this is a built in Twitter widget, so it might just be their fault.
